How to make urulappam



                                           URULAPPAM


ITEMS

Rice powder ------------1/4 cup
sharkara-----------100gm 
cardamom---------------------3
coconut sliced pieces --------------------3 t spoon
gee------------------2 t spoon
jack fruit  leafs -------------------10
grated coconut----------------1/4 cup


DIRECTION 

Add rice powder with melted sharkara 
stir in well position 
then add cardamom coconut pieces  gee and grated coconut 
mix all this in well
make this mixer in small lemon sizes each 

and make the jack fruit leafs to shape it 
fill the mixer on it 

Heat a idly vessel with little water
keep the plate in it 
put the filed leafs in close the top and cook for 20 mints 

serve the URULAPPAM

How to make kappa thalichathu ( tapioca )




                                           KAPPA  THALICHATHU


Items  needed

kappa  (tapioca  )------------------1/2 kg (washed and clean then cut in small pieces )
coconut grated ---------------1/4 cup
dry chilly -------------4 nos
mustard ---------------1/2 t spoon
curry leafs ------------------2 thund
cooking oil -----------------2 t spoon
salt -----------------as you need



Preparation

Heat a bowl
put kappa  add little water and salt cook for ten to fifteen mints
after cook trough the water and keep it

then heat a fry pan pour the cooking oil 
add dry chilly  mustard  and curry leafs 
then add kappa and stir in well condition
just heat it out
serve it on hot  the  ready  KAPPA THALICHATHU

How to make coconut pookkula puttu




                                               THENGIN  POOKKULA PUTTU

Ingredients

Pchari rice ------------1/2 kg
thengin pookkula loosed -----------1 cup
grated coconut ---------------------1/4 cup
salt --------------as you need

Preparation 


Wash the pachari rice clean well and keep to dry

then dry rice add the pookkula and grind in a mix jar make it a powder type

Heat a big bowl on stove
put the pookkula mix rice
after two three mints keep the rice to cool

after cool add salt and little water mix the rice well position about puttu condition
make this rice like a simple and normal puttu


How to make kappa with coconut



                                   KAPPA WITH COCONUT

Items

Kappa-----------------1/2 kg
grated coconut -------------4  spoon
salt ------------


Direction

Kappa can washed and clean and cut in small pieces
then add the little salt
and cook in low flame for 10 mints in cooker
if its in normal stove for cook 30 mints will take

after cook serve the plate
put up on the grated coconut on cooked kappa

the tasty  KAPPA with  COCONUT  is ready to serve

How to make kumbilappam



                          KUMBILAPPAM

Ingredient

Rice powder --------------1 cup
melted Sharkara -------------200 gm
grated coconut -----------------1 cup
cardamom ----------------5
small pazham----------3
jack fruit leafs ------------------20

Preparation

The boiled melted sharkara to add rice powder and mix well condition
then add grated coconut cardamom and small pazham
mix this all together

the jack fruit leafs can round up the shape

then fill the above mixed paste on it

Heat the bowl like ideally maker and fit the tray on it
and fill all filed leafs to cook
and heat in low flame for 20 mints
the tasty  KUMBALAPPAM is ready to serve

How to make therali appam ( kumbilappam )




                                           THERLI APPAM  ( KUMBILAPPAM  )

         Items


Rice powder ---------------1 cup
sharkara ------------200 gm (melted )
grated coconut -------------1 cup
cardamom -----------5 nos (powdering )
coconut small cut pieces ------------1/4 cup
( it should be fried in gee )

vayanailla or Therali leafs --------------- 20 nos
(  it make in shape and fix with eerkil )
palayan kodan pazham ---------2 nos


     Direction

Hot Melted Sharkara pour  on the rice powder and mix on it
then add grated coconut , cardamom , fried coconut , and pazham ,   to mix all this items well

this mixed items can fill the shaped therali leafs each and all

heat the iddaly bowl with little water
and keep the tray on it
then put the filled therali leafs all
close the top
and cook for 20 mints
the tasty THERALI APPAM  OR VAYANAILAYAPPAM  is ready to serve
