How to make egg idiyan mulag ittath




                           EGG WITH IDIYAN MULAG

INGREDIENTS 

EGG-----------4nos (boil and remove the skin )
idiyan mulag - -------------2 t spoon
small onion -------------crushed in full 2 t spoon
dry chilly----------------1
curry leafs --------------1 thund 
chilly powder -----------1/2 t spoon
mustard ------------------1/4 t spoon
cooking oil --------------3 t spoon
turmeric powder ---------1 pinch 
pepper powder -----------1 t spoon


preparation 

Heat a fry pan 
pour the cooking oil
add mustard when its hot oil
then add dry chilly piece curry leafs and small onion 
then add idiyan mulag then stir well all 

after two mints add chilly powder , pepper powder and stir 

then just crash the egg and put the above gravy 
just heat two three mints 
the  EGG IDIYAN MULAG is ready to serve

How to make soya beans roast fry




                          SOYA BEANS ROAST FRY

INGREDIENTS

Soya beans ---------------100 gm 
ginger,garlic,green chilly-----------crushed one t spoon each 
chilly powder , coriander powder , sweet fennel powder -------one t spoon each
turmeric powder ---------------1/4 t spoon
geram masala ----------------1 t spoon
pepper powder --------------1/2 t spoon
big onion --------------2 nos sliced 
small onion --------------1 cup sliced 

          and
cooking oil-------------1/2 cup
 

PREPARATION

Heat a vessel with water put soya beans to heat 
the soya beans will come soft 
then through out the water from it 

now mix all the above items together mix well
add as you need salt also

heat a fry pan 
put the soya beans 
add one glass of water 
stir well position 
after dry the water , pour the cooking oil 1/2 cup
stir well 
it will show like beef fry 

now the SOYA BEANS ROAST FRY is ready to serve

How to make banana madura curry




                      BANANA MADURA CURRY

INGREDIENTS

Banana -------------2nos ( slice in two small pieces )
coconut milk -------1st ---milk---1 cup
                               2 nd --milk--1 cup
sugar-----------------5 t spoon
cardamom powder ------------1/4 t spoon
rice powder -----------------2 t spoon

PREPARATION

Heat a vessel with banana and 2 nd coconut milk to cook for 5 mints

add sugar , cardamom powder , and rice powder to mix well and stir it well 

it will slightly thick then add 1 st coconut milk 
just heat and put off the stove 

the tasty BANANA MADURA CURRY is ready to serve 

How to make unniyappam



                                       UNNIYAPPAM

INGREDIENTS

Pachari podi ( rice powder )-----------------1 cup
wheat powder ---------------2 t spoon
palayam kodan banana ---------------3 nos 
jaggery (sharkara )------------as you need 
cardamom powder -----------1/4 t spoon
sesame seeds ( yellu )--------2 t spoon
 cooking oil --------------

PREPARATION 

In a mix jar the banana can grid well
then pour a vessel and mix all the other items to mix well and make a paste type as a iddly maavu

Heat a unniyappam chatti 
fill the cooking oil 
when its hot through the above mixed maavu each the hole 
cook in low flame up to change the color to brownish 
then change over the side 

to do all the this 
the tasty UNNIYAPPAM ready to taste 
 

How to make pothirachi curry (buffalo curry )



          POTHIRACHI CURRY  ( BUFFALO CURRY )

INGREDIENTS 

Pothirachi -----------------1kg ( clean and wash then cut in small pieces )
big onion ------------------4 nos (sliced )
small onion----------------250gm
ginger and garlic ------------2 t spoon each ------crushed 
green chilly -----------------15 nos 
chilly powder --------------3 t spoon
turmeric powder -----------1/2 t spoon
coriander powder ------------4 t spoon
sweet fennel-------------------1 t spoon
garam masala-----------------1 t spoon
tomato -----------------------4 nos ( sliced )
ramba leaf -------------------1
mally leafs ---------------3 pidi
cooking oil ---------------1/4 cup
salt -----------------------as you need 

PREPARATION

Heat a cooker with cooking oil 
add big onion with salt 
stir in well up to slightly change the color to brown 
add small onion and ginger garlic green chilly to stir 
now add pothirachi pieces and cook for 5 mints
then add balance all items to mix well and add as you need salt also 
then add 2 glass of water also 
close the cooker top 
and cook for 20 mints in low flame 

now the tasty curry 
POTHIRACHI CURRY is ready to taste

How to make buffalo fry (pothirachi)



                          POTHIRACHI  BUFFALO FRY

INGREDIENTS.


Pothirachi ----------------1/2 kg  ( washed and clean and make a small pieces )
ginger-----------1 t spoon crashed
garlic------------1 t spoon crashed 
green chilly ----------------6 nos 
cardamom ------------------4 nos
clove------------4
cinnamon-------------2 pieces
chilly powder -----------2 t spoon
turmeric powder -----------1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel -------------1/2 t spoon
cooking oil----------------1 cup
salt ---------as you need

PREPARATION 

In a mix jar ---ginger , garlic , green chilly ,cardamom , clove and cinnamon to grind well

Heat a cooker put the pothirachi and add the above ginger mix and chilly powder , turmeric powder , sweet fennel , salt to mix all well and close the top and cook for 15 mints in  medium flame 

Heat a fry pan pour the cooking oil 
when its hot the oil put the pothirachi from cooker and fry it 

the POTHIRACHI OR BUFFALO   FRY is ready to serve

How to make pacha papaya halwa



                                PACHA PAPAYA HALWA

Ingredients

Pacha papaya -------------- grind papaya 4 cup 
sugar --------1 cup
milk-----------1 cup
gee------------3 t spoon
cardamom powder -----------1/2 t spoon
cash nut------------20
kis mis ------------20

Preparation 

Heat a fry pan 
pour gee with cash nut and kis mis to fry and keep to a plate separate 

then the same gee pan put the grind papaya  to cook
then add sugar and stir well up to dry the sugar 
then add milk 
the milk it will come thick 
then add cardamom powder,cash nut and kis mis to add and stir well 
it will come paste type 

take plate and apply the the gee 
keep the above papaya paste to plate 
press the halwa in nice shape and put some cash nut up on it
