How to make Nellikka Achar







                              NELLIKKA   ACHAR

INGREDIENTS

Nellikka chopped in small sizes-------------1 cup
Turmeric powder----------1/4 t spoon
Salt---------------
Oil  ( nallenna )
Khayyam-----------1 t spoon
Uluva podi 1 t spoon
Chili powder---------------2 t spoon

                            PREPARATIONS

Nellikka mix with turmeric powder and add water as you need
Then cook for five or ten mints In low flame
Heat a fry pan with oil
Then add Khayyam uluva chili powder and as you need salt also
Stir and mix well  then keep to set for one day
The second onwards you can serve the NELLIKKA ACHAR

How to make Chicken shooka






                              CHICKEN SHOOK A


INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN -----------------1 KG
Turmeric powder -------------------1/2 t spoon
Chilly powder-------------2 t spoon
Pepper powder-----------------2 t spoon
Gram masala-----------1 t spoon
Curry leaves---------------
Big onion chopped pieces   ( it should be fry with oil )----1/2 kg
Salt-----------
Cooking oil-----------2 t spoon

DIRECTIONS

Washed and clean then cut in medium sizes chicken
Then add the turmeric powder, chili powder , pepper powder , gram masala , little curry leaves , fried onions and as you need salt
These items to add and mix well with chicken pieces to keep to set for 2 hours

w heat a vessel with cooking oil
Then add the above mixed chicken pieces to cook for half an hour’s in low flame with closed top and stir in-between after that time put off the stove
The tasty CHICKEN SHOO is ready to serve



How to make Poori Naan





                                                                        POORI  NAAN

INGREDIENTS

Maida flour--------------1  1/2 cup
cured -----------------1/4 cu
sugar----------2 t spoon
egg------------1
salt---------
cooking oil----------------1 cup


PREPARATION

Curd mix with sugar  and keep to set

egg mix with salt and keep

mix the maida flour with curd mix sugar
then add egg mix salt
and mix all this ingredients stir well and keep to set for half an hour
like chapattis dough positions

then make a small boll sizes all dough flour mix

then make a naan size and

Heat a fry pan with cooking  oil
fry all naan one by each all

then the POORI NAAN is ready to serve

how to make idiyan mulag chicken





                                           IDIYAN MULAG CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS


WASHED AND CLEAN CHICKEN 1/2 KG  CHOPPED IN MEDIUM SIZES

Idiyan  mulag  -----------4 t spoon
mustard------------1/4 t spoon
ginger--------------2 t spoon ( neer )
garlic--------------4 t spoon ( neer )
green chilly-------------5 nos
curry leaves ---------
turmeric powder ------------1/4 t spoon
salt-----
cooking oil------------- 4 t spoon


DIRECTIONS


Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add mustard   idiyan mulag  ginger  garlic   green chilly  and curry leaves
stir well and fry in slightly changed the color

then add Chicken  pieces
add salt for as you need taste
stir it
add turmeric powder

keep the top close and cook for 20 mints in low flame
the gravy will come thick

the IDIYAN MULAG CHICKEN will ready to serve

How to make coconut burfi




                                                COCONUT   BURFI


INGREDIENTS


Grated coconut -------------1 cup
butter----------2 t spoon
sugar---------1/4 cup
milk----------1 cup
cash nut-----------10nos
kismis ----------10nos


PREPARATIONS

Heat a vessel with butter
add grated coconut
then add the boiled milk slowly and stir and mix
when its fully boiled add sugar
then stir well position
it will be come in thick

now keep to open plate and spread it the cash nut and kismis put up on it and press to fix with a spoon

keep to cool and serve it
the COCONUT BURFI is ready to taste

how to make notholi vada ( fish )





                                                 NOTHOLI FISH VADA


ITEMS

ONE CUP WASHED AND CLEAN NOTHOLI  AND REMOVE THE SKIN AND ITS WINE

Ginger ---------1/2 t spoon
garlic----------1/2 t spoon
green chilly----------3
small onion ---------------10
chilly powder-------------1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder-----------1 pinch
garam masala---------1pinch
salt----------
cooking oil-------------1 cup


                               preparations
ginger green chilly small onion put
In a small mixi jar cup and grind it well

then add chilly powder   turmeric powder  garem masala and little salt also add
add the Notholi fish and grind all together


Heat a fry pan
add cooking oil

now to make the notholi mix in a small boll type each
each boll put the boiled cooking oil pan put one by one for fry

10 mints enough to make fry all
and serve it hot   NOTHOLI FISH VADA

How to make Butter Samya Pulav

INGREDIENTS

Samya------------1 cup
water----------2 1/2 cup
lemon juice--------1/2 t spoon
salt-----------
butter-----------2 1/2 t spoon
black gram--------1 t spoon
peanut------------3 t spoon
big onion----------a small one piece chopped  
green chilly-----------2
capsicum ---------1/4 cup cut in small pieces
carrot -------------1/4 cup



                                PREPARATIONS
Heat a vessel with two and haufe glass of water
add as you need salt and haufe t spoon lemon juices
then add Butter haufe t spoon

when the water boiled then add Samya  and stir slowly in dry in water level
then keep to set  put off the flame

Heat a fry pan with 2 t spoon butter
then add black gram  and stir well position
add peanut   big onion  carrot  green chilly 
stir in low flame
then add capsicum
now for the taste add little salt also
keep to cook 20 mints in low flame
after that add the above SAMYA mix and mix well and serve it hot
the BUTTER SAMYA PULAV  is ready to taste
