How to make Butter Samya Pulav





                      
                              BUTTER  SAMYA  PU LAV


INGREDIENTS

Samya------------1 cup
water----------2 1/2 cup
lemon juice--------1/2 t spoon
salt-----------
butter-----------2 1/2 t spoon
black gram--------1 t spoon
peanut------------3 t spoon
big onion----------a small one piece chopped  
green chilly-----------2
capsicum ---------1/4 cup cut in small pieces
carrot -------------1/4 cup



                                PREPARATIONS
Heat a vessel with two and haufe glass of water
add as you need salt and haufe t spoon lemon juices
then add Butter haufe t spoon

when the water boiled then add Samya  and stir slowly in dry in water level
then keep to set  put off the flame

Heat a fry pan with 2 t spoon butter
then add black gram  and stir well position
add peanut   big onion  carrot  green chilly 
stir in low flame
then add capsicum
now for the taste add little salt also
keep to cook 20 mints in low flame
after that add the above SAMYA mix and mix well and serve it hot
the BUTTER SAMYA PULAV  is ready to taste
