how to make fish fry Ulavoo







                          INGREDIENTS
FISH (OOLAV)-----------4 piece
cooking oil--------1/2cup
ginger---------1spoon neer
garlic----------1spoon neer

chilly powder------------1/2spoon
turmeric powder---------1/4spoon
sweet fennel----------1/2spoon
cumin seed-------------2
clove--------------2
cardamom------------2

 green chilly------------------2
salt--------------- as you need


                       DIRECTION

Wash the fish and sliced in round size

Ginger,garlic,chilly powder,turmeric powder,sweet fennel,cumin seed ,clove,cardamon,
mix and make with paste type

add salt as you need

and paste to the fish and keep for 10 mints

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil
after heated oil put the fish to fry
5 mints to need fry
like this both side want to do
more 5 mints

how to make curd salad vegetable





                                                         ITEMS

Curd-------------- 1cup
big onion---------1
green chilly---------1
mully leafs-------------1spoon
tomato --------------1
salt-----------as you need

                                                     METHOD

Make to slice the big onion
cut the green chilly in small size
tomato cut it in round shape

Mix above all the items in with Curd
and mix and stir mally leafs, and as you need to tast for salt

stir well all
keep to cool refrigerator
and serve for for side dish

the CURD SALAD VEGETABLE  is ready

how to make muringaila thoran




                                                        INGREDIENTS

Muringaila --------1cup
graded coconut---------1/2cup
turmeric powder-------------1/4 spoon
cumin seed-------------1pinch
garlic------------2alli
mustard---------------1/4spoon
dry chilly----------1
curry leafs-----------1thund
cooking oil-----------1spoon


                                                     DIRECTION


The graded coconut,turmeric powder,cumin seed ,and garlic
grind in thorans paruvam

Heat a fry pan
pour cooking oil
when it heat add mustard
after mustard broken add dry chilly , and curry leafs,

stir well then add MURINGAILA
cook for two three mints

then add coconut mix
add salt as you need




now stir well and cook for three four mints in low flame
the MURINGAILA THORAN is getting ready

HOW TO MAKE CHAKKOLI






                                                            INGREDIENTS

Ros ted pachari rice ----------2cup
coconut graded------------ 1 1/2cup

Prawns ============500gm

small onion--------10
cinnamon-----------------2
clove---------3
cardamom----------4
ginger----------a small piece
garlic--------------5
curry leafs------------2 thund

chilly powder-----1 t spoon
turmeric powder-----------1/4 spoon
sweet fennel------------1/2 spoon

                                                     DIRECTION

Heat a fry pan
add the 1 cup coconut graded , the chopped small onion , cuts of ginger,and cinnamon,clove,cardamom
garlic,
add curry leafs
fry it in the coconut will come brownish colour
it will be take minimum 10 mints

then add with chilly powder , turmeric powder,and sweet fennel,
stir well and put off the flame

after cold mix with one and hafe of water and make it a juice in a mixi
 for 5 mints


Heat a vessel with 4 glass of water
add a little salt
add the roasted  rice flour in boiled water
stir it
and add the balance of hafe cup graded coconut and mix it well
remove from flame and make it a dough type

make it a small boll size from the dough

Heat a vessel (its in a medium size)
pour the 1st mixed coconut gravy

add the washed PRAWNS

add 4 glass of water also
add salt as you need
when it come in boil add one by one full of the rice boll
keep to cook for 30 mints more
the CHAKKOLI with prawns is ready


its a keralit special item food also

Vanilla cream---------15gm


                                                                                METHOD

Cut all the fruits small sizes

Mix with vanilla cream and sugar

keep on cold in refrigerator

20 mints for cooling

then you can serve PUDDING

HOW TO MAKE JACK FRUIT CHIPS

Jack-fruit   ------------250gm
cooking oil-------150gm
salt------as you need to taste
turmeric powder---------1 t spoon


                                                       DIRECTION


1st
Cut the Jack fruit in long wedges

2nd

mix turmeric powder and salt with that jack fruits

3rd

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil
after heated the oil fry jack fruit mix
fry up to 10mints or the jack fruit become brownish colour
then take dry plate and reedy to
the JACK FRUIT CHIPS is ready

how to make wheat dosa




                                                                  ITEMS
rice powder-----------1cup
wheat powder-------------2cup
curry leafs-----------2 t spoon [cut pieces]
veg oil------------1/2 cup
asafoetida --------1 pinch
salt----------as you need to taste




                                                          METHOD

Mix well rice powder and wheat powder

add curry leafs asafoetida and salt
add a little water to mix liquid type

Heat a fry pan
pour the liquid in fry pan a spoon

brush the oil to fry pan each one of making

both side should be cook

the WHET DOSA is ready
