How to make dosa pathiri



                                        DOSA PATHIRI

Ingredient

 

Dosha maavu -------------1 cup
kadala parippu ---------1 t spoon
pea nut -------------2 t spoon
cash nut -------------10
kis mis -----------10
mustard -----------1/4 t spoon
green chilly --------------2
ginger----------1/2 t spoon
curry leafs------1 thund
salt------------
gee--------------3 t spoon

Preparation  

Heat a fry pan add gee 2 t spoon
add mustard , kadala parippu , pea nut , cash nut , kis mis , ginger , green chilly , and curry leafs  
this items to half fry mix well and add to dosha maavu then stir well and keep to set 

heat a fry pan add one t spoon gee add one cup dosha maavu cook in low flame for 10 mints 
keep the second side for cook 5 mints 

the DOSHA PATHIRI is ready to taste 

mally leafs nila kadala lemon neer green chilly coconut salt all this items grind in a mix jar make a chammanthi and serve along with above Dosha pathiri
