pachari rice powder -------------1 cup
grated coconut -------------------1/4 cup

PREPARATION
thengin pukkula rice add little salt then make to wet as a puttu paruvam
make pachari rice powder to wet puttu paruvam
heat a putt pot with little water
keep the putt kuty up on it
put the chill on it then fill the coconut little then add some pukkula mix rice powder and again fill coconut then rice powder like that fill full
cook the full fill kuty and make a tasty THENGIN PUKKULA PUTTU
