How to make potato egg masala curry



                           POTATO EGG MASALA CURRY

INGREDIENTS

EGG-----------------4 
potato---------------1 (one potato can cut 8 small pieces )
big onion --------------2 sliced in small cuts 
ginger-----------1 t spoon (neer)
garlic ----------1t spoon  
green chilly--------3 cut in two size
tomato---------2 slice in small size

turmeric powder --------------1 pinch
chilly powder ---------------1/2 t spoon
coriander powder ------------1 t spoon
sweet fennel------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala----------------1/4 t spoon

cooking oil------------4 t spoon
coriander leafs---------------------2 t spoon
salt---------------

PREPARATION

Heat a fry pan add cooking oil to heat 
add ginger , garlic , onion pieces , and little salt then stir well

then add tomato , green chilly , also 

now add garem masala , turmeric powder , chilly powder , coriander powder , sweet fennel stir well and add one and half glass pour water and just heat few second then add potato pieces just boil the curry then add braked eggs 
then cook 10 mints and close the top of vessel 

the tasty POTATO EGG MASALA CURRY is ready to serve
