How to to make peanut butter chiken




                         PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN 

INGREDIENTS 

Chicken ------------------ 1/2 kg ( washed and clean then cut for small pieces )
butter -------------------3 t spoon
pea nut -----------------make milk 1/2 cup grind peanut 
cash nut -----------------1/2 cup grind with milk 

big onion ------------one and half cup sliced

ginger ----------1 t spoon crushed 

turmeric powder --------------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder -----------------one and half t spoon

tomato -------------cook with grind one and half cup
tomato sauce -------------1 t spoon

fresh cream ---------------one and half cup

kasthuri methi------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala-------------1/2 t spoon
mally leafs ----------------2 t spoon

salt --------------as you need 

PREPARATION 

Heat a vessel
add butter to melt 
then add big onion to stir up to slightly change the color 

then add ginger and garlic 
then add chilly powder and turmeric powder 
stir well to set 

then add cooked tomato and tomato sauce
just boil it then add fresh cream 
then add kasthuri methi and garem masala  
then add as you need salt also

now add cleaned chicken pieces 
close the top of vessel then cook for 20 mints in low flame 

after cook add cash nut and peanut with mally leafs 
stir well to mix all masala with chicken 

put off the stove and keep to set two three mints 

now you taste a very tasty PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN  is ok
