How to make kappa aviyale



                             KAPPA AVIYALE


Ingredients 

Kappa--------------------1 cup  ( slice in finger size )
grated coconut -----------1/4 cup

turmeric powder ---------1/4 t spoon
cumin seed --------------1 pinch
garlic -----------------2 alli

chilly powder ---------1 pinch 
salt -----------------as you need 
curry leaf ----------2 thund 
dry chilly ----------2 nos
mustard -----------1/4 t spoon
cooking oil ----------2 t spoon

Preparation 

Cook the kappa add with salt and little water 
after cook the kappa keep dry with out water 

I n a mix jar add coconut , cumin seed , garlic , turmeric powder , and chilly powder grind well

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil 
add mustard , dry chilly , curry leaf , stir well 
then add this fry to mix the above kappa 
then add the mixed coconut 
add as you need salt also 
stir well again to set all 
then cook in low flame for 5 mints to boil this 

now the tasty aviyale is ready to serve KAPPA AVIYALE
