How to make chicken kizi




                             CHICKEN KIZHI
INGREDIENTS
Maida flour ----------------------------1 cup
Salt ----------as you need
This two items to mix well with little hot water like chapatti

Chicken -----------wash and clean then cut in small pieces ---1/2 cup
Turmeric powder ----------------1/4 t spoon
Chilly powder ------------ ½ t spoon
These three items to mix well and cook in a cooker for 10 mints 

Big onion ----------1no (sliced)
Green chilly ----------2nos cut in small pieces
Ginger -------------1/2 t spoon (crushed)
Garlic---------------1/4 t spoon crushed
Gram masala ---------------1/2 t spoon
Pepper powder --------------1/2 t spoon
Cooking oil -------------------1 cup
Salt ---------------as you need


PREPARATION

The mixed Maida make it small boll type then each boll can made like chapatti sheet

Heat a fry pan pours the two t spoon cooking oil
Add big onion to stir up to slightly change the color
Then add green chilly , ginger , garlic and pepper powder

Now add the cooked chicken  (the chicken can pinched with hand )
Then add garem masala and as you need salt  also
This all items to mix well
After two three mints put off the flame

Take a  maida sheet and put some above chicken masala kuttu  fill it
Make the filled sheet like a kizhi
All the maida sheet do it like this


Pour cooking oil
Put the kizhi to hot oil one by one for fry

Now the tasty CHICKEN KIZHI is ready to serve
