How to make kili kudu




                                    KILI KUDU

Ingredients 

Chicken -------------cook and slice in very small  piece one cup
coriander  powder ---------------1 t spoon
chilly powder ---------------1 t spoon
salt -----------------

cooking oil-------------------1 cup
big onion ------------2nos (sliced )
pepper powder -------------2 t spoon
garem masala -------------1/2 t spoon
potato ------------------1/2 kg(cook this separate and keep)
egg ------------5 nos ( cook then make it two piece each )

samiya -----------------fried 1 cup

PREPARATION 

Heat a fry pan 
pour the cooking oil 3 t spoon
add big onion stir up to brownish color 

then add pepper powder and garem masala
then put the chicken tear with hand
add cooked potato in broke
then add salt as you need
mix all this stir and well

egg put into potato mix then mix to cover on samiya
then heat a fry pan with cooking oil 
 put the mix egg cover to oil for fry
the egg will get after fry its shown like a bird nest
so it call KILI KUDU food
