How to make vegetable noodles kothuparoto




VEGETABLE NOODLES KOTHUPORATO
INGREDIENTS
Porato-----------------4nos ( make it small pieces )
Big onion------------------1no sliced in small pieces
Capsicum----------------sliced 3 t spoon
Ginger -------------------crushed 1/2 t spoon
Chilly powder ---------------1/2 t spoon
Turmeric powder -------------1 pinch
Coriander powder ------------1/4 t spoon
Sweet fennel--------------------1/4 t spoon
Gram masala----------------1/4 t spoon
Carrot ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Beans ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Cabbage ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Noodles------------------1/2 cup (cooked )
Cooking oil-----------------3 t spoon
Mally leafs -----------------2 thand
Green chilly ---------------2 nos cut in small piece
Salt -------------------as you need
Chilly souse ----------------1 t spoon
Soya souse ----------------1/2 t spoon
Tomato souse --------------1 t spoon

DIRECTION

Heat a fry pan pour cooking oil after hot add ginger, garlic and  green chilly to stir
Then add big onion to stir well up to slightly change the onions color
Then add carrot, beans, cabbage, and salt   to stir
Then add capsicum ,turmeric powder ,chilly powder ,coriander powder sweet fennel, germ masala,to mix well and stir to strong
Now add porato pieces ,chilly souse,tomato souse ,soya souse ,and mally leafs
This all items to mix once more two three mints
The VEG;NOODLE KOTHU PAROTO is ready to taste
