How to make talaseri kappa kozikal




                  Thalasery special kappa kozikal 
Ingredients
Kappa ------------1/2 kg clean and cut in finger size
Keep in a hot water for boil in 5 mints
After 5 mints through the water and keep to dry

Maida ----------one cup
Chili powder ------------3 t spoon
Salt ------------as you need
Cooking oil ----------------1/2 kg

Direction
 Maida with salt and chili powder to mix with little water
These mixers to put the kappa to stir well for the masala will catch the kappa
Heats a fry pan pour the cooking oil after hot
Put the mixed kappa stick for fry two three mints time will take
The tasty kappa stick is ready to serve
These sticks will cal the special kappa kozikal from thalassery
