How to make chakka polo (jack fruit polo )




                                        CHAKKA POLO 

 Ingredients 

Jack fruit  Varilla Chakka ---------------15 pieces--(remove the kuru and slice in small piece )
egg ---------------------3
sugar ------------------3 t spoon
cardamom ------------3 nos
gee -------------------3 t spoon
chukku -powder ------2 t spoon

Preparation

Heat a fry pan in stove 
add gee on pan 
add chakka to stir for 5 mint

then add chukku powder and stir well 
and put off the stove to keep

the 3 egg put in a mix jar (mutta pottich ozikkuka )
add cardamom and sugar 
grind well

this egg mix to add the above chakka pan 
and mix well

now heat a dosha pot on stove 
take a another fry pan keep up on the dosa pot to heat 
apply the gee on fry pan 
pour the mixed egg chakka 
fry for 20 mints in low flame after that change the other side to cook 
for two three mints 
put off the stove 
after few mints you can serve this dish

remember don't heat direct from stove the fry pan because the dish will dry and hard 

now the CHAKKA POLO is ready
