how to make egg vegetable kuruma



                                                        EGG VEGETABLE KURUMA         

                 Ingredients

Egg--------2  ( boiled then cut in two pieces each )

carrot------sliced in small pieces in 1/2 cup
beans----------1/2 cup  sliced in small pieces
cabbage-----------1--sliced in small pieces
big onion------1 sliced
potato-----------------1 sliced
ginger- neer -----------1 t spoon  
garlic--------------1 t spoon
green chilly------------4 sliced
mally leaves--------------
turmeric powder------------1/2 t spoon
coriander powder---------------1 t spoon
sweet fennel----------------1 t spoon
cardamom --------2
clove-------2
cinnamon------------2
cooking oil-------------4 t spoon
coconut milk------------1 st taken ------------1cup
coconut milk------------2 nd taken -----------1cup
salt-----------


              Preparation

Heat a cooker in stove add the cooking oil , after hot add ginger,garlic,and green chilly then stir well
after 1 mints add big onion,carrot,beans,cabbage,potato,to stir 3 mints in low flame
then add turmeric powder,coriander powder,sweet fennel, cardamom,clove,cinnamon , and second milk to add and stir well
add as you need salt also
then close the top of cooker and cook for 5 mints
after that open that cooker and pour the first milk the add mally leafs then just heat the cooker then put off the flame and keep to cool
the tasty EGG VEGETABLE KURUMA is ready to serve
