How to make mixed vegetable thoran




               MIXED VEGETABLE THORAN

ITEMS

Carrot -------------small cut pieces 1/2 cup
cabbage ------------small cut pieces 1/2 cup
beans ---------------small cut pieces 1/2 cup

big onion -----------1no sliced 
mustard -------------1/4 t spoon
grated coconut ---------1/2 cup
 
cooking oil----------2 t spoon

dry chilly-------------2nos 
curry leafs -----------2 thund 

turmeric  powder----------1/4 t spoon
garlic -----------3 alli
cumin seed --------------1 pinch
chilli powder -------------1 pinch 
salt ----------------as you need 

DIRECTION

In a mix jar put coconut ,turmeric powder ,cumin seed , chili powder , and garlic ,grind it well

Heat a fry pan  add cooking oil 
then dry chilli pieces curry leafs 
then add carrot ,beans ,big onion , to stir well 
close the top and flam in low base 
after cook add grind coconut wit as you need salt 
stir well and heat for two three second then put off the flame 
and keep few time the tasty MIXED VEGETABLE THORAN is ready to serve

How to make curd curry




                                      CURD CURRY

            ITEMS

Grated coconut --------------1 cup
curd ---------------------1/4 cup

turmeric powder ----------1/4 t spoon
cumin seed  --------------1 pinch
chilly powder ------------1 pinch

small onion --------------4 nos (cut )
tamarind water-----------1/2 t spoon
cooking oil------------1 t spoon
mustard -------------1/4 t spoon

dry chilly---------2 nos
curry leafs ------1 pidi
salt -------

Direction 

In a mix jar coconut , turmeric powder , cumin seed, small onion 2 piece,chilly powder , tamarind water,this all items put in mix jar with little water and grind well position 

then add curd mix to this jar and grind for 2 mints 

now heat a pot 
add cooking oil 
after oil hot put dry chilly pieces  small onion pieces curry leafs to stir up to color change in brownish  
then add the mixed curd coconut 
add little water as you need then salt also add 
just heat it 
remember don;t heat much 
then put off the flame 
serve it hot THE CURD CURRY

How to make kaye nirachath



                      KAI NIRACHATH

INGREDIENTS

Gee -----------------2 t spoon
cash nut ----------20 pieces ( make it powder type)
kis mis ---------20nos   
sugar -------------1/4 cup
grated coconut ------------1 cup
banana -------------------6 nos 
cooking oil-----------------1 cup
rice powder -------------------3 t spoon


PREPARATION

Rice powder and one t spoon sugar mix with hot water 

all banana can scratch center side 

Heat a fry pan add gee put cash nut and kis mis stir it 
then add coconut and sugar stir and mix well just heat it 
and put off the flame 
 
this coconut mix can fill on the scratch banana all 
the rice powder also fill up on it 
 
Heat a fry pan add cooking oil after oil hot put the filled banana for fry
all side of banana should fry well 
this is called KAYA  NIRACHATH  


How to make thawa pathiri



                           THAWA PATHIRI

ITEMS

Rice powder -----------------2 cup
coconut milk ----------------4 cup
yellu ---------------3 t spoon
salt --------------as you need 


Preparation

Heat a vessel add coconut with salt to boil 
after boil add rice powder to make dough 
then add yellu
make it mix well

then this mixer to make one inch thick round shape 

now heat a fry pan or thawa 
make it to fry one by one  to all 
now the tasty THAWA PATHIRI is ready ta serve  

How to make fry pathiri




                             FRY PATHIRI

INGREDIENTS 

Rice powder --------------------1 cup
coconut milk -------------------2 cup
yellu-----------------------1 t spoon
cooking oil-----------------1 cup
salt ------------------as you need 


DIRECTION

the coconut milk add with salt keep boil in vessel on stove 
after boil coconut add rice powder then mix well
then add yellu on it 
then mix all 
then this mixer you can make one inch thick cut it on round shape 

heat a fry pan add cooking oil
after oil hot put the shaped rice mix one by one for fry 
it will come brownish color keep to fry both side 
the tasty FRY PATHIRI is ready

VEGETABLE NOODLES KOTHUPORATO
INGREDIENTS
Porato-----------------4nos ( make it small pieces )
Big onion------------------1no sliced in small pieces
Capsicum----------------sliced 3 t spoon
Ginger -------------------crushed 1/2 t spoon
Chilly powder ---------------1/2 t spoon
Turmeric powder -------------1 pinch
Coriander powder ------------1/4 t spoon
Sweet fennel--------------------1/4 t spoon
Gram masala----------------1/4 t spoon
Carrot ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Beans ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Cabbage ------------------3 t spoon small cut piece
Noodles------------------1/2 cup (cooked )
Cooking oil-----------------3 t spoon
Mally leafs -----------------2 thand
Green chilly ---------------2 nos cut in small piece
Salt -------------------as you need
Chilly souse ----------------1 t spoon
Soya souse ----------------1/2 t spoon
Tomato souse --------------1 t spoon

DIRECTION

Heat a fry pan pour cooking oil after hot add ginger, garlic and  green chilly to stir
Then add big onion to stir well up to slightly change the onions color
Then add carrot, beans, cabbage, and salt   to stir
Then add capsicum ,turmeric powder ,chilly powder ,coriander powder sweet fennel, germ masala,to mix well and stir to strong
Now add porato pieces ,chilly souse,tomato souse ,soya souse ,and mally leafs
This all items to mix once more two three mints
The VEG;NOODLE KOTHU PAROTO is ready to taste

How to make gobi chilly




                                         GOBI CHILLY 

ITEMS 

Cauliflower---------------1 wash with hot water then cut it for small pieces

ginger -------------crushed 1 t spoon
garlic --------------crushed 1 t spoon

chilly powder -----------1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder --------1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel powder ----1/4 t spoon
pepper powder -----------1/2 t spoon

Maida --------------4 t spoon
corn flower --------3 t spoon
soya souse ----------3 t spoon
tomato souse --------4 t spoon
chilly souse -----------2 t spoon 

capsicum --------------1 sliced 

big onion -------------2 nos ( cut in medium size )

green chilly ---------3nos slice 
mally leafs -------------little
cooking oil-------------3 t spoon
salt -----------------as you need 

DIRECTION

Maida , corn flower , soya souse and salt mix with little water make it a paste type 
then dip the cauliflower pieces fry it in oil 

Heat a fry pan 
add cooking oil 
its hot then add ginger , garlic , big onion , green chilly , stir well wit little salt 
the onion color will slightly  change then add capsicum , pepper powder , chilly souse , soya souse , tomato souse , mix all well
then add fried cauliflower
then mally leaf 
mix all well then just heat for few second 
the tasty GOBI CHILLY is ready to serve 

How to make gobi manjuri



                                     GOBI MANJURI

INGREDIENTS 

Cauliflower-------------1no ( wash with hot water )

Maida ----------1/2 cup
corn flower -----------1/4 cup
soya souse ------------3 t spoon

cooking oil-----------1 cup
salt -----------------as you need 

Maida , corn flower , soya souse , and salt mix with little water make it a paste type and the cauliflower can cut a small pieces , then dip on the mixed maida paste and fry it in a fry pan 

cooking oil ---------------3 t spoon
big onion --------------2 nos (sliced in small size )
ginger ----------------1 t spoon crush
garlic --------------1 t spoon crush 
soya souse --------------3 t spoon
chilly souse --------------2 t spoon
green chilly -------------3nos ( cut in small size )
crushed pepper -------------1 t spoon
mally leafs -----------------1 thund 
capsicum--------------------1 cut in small size 

Direction 

Heat a fry  pan 
add cooking oil
add garlic and ginger 
then add green chilly , big onion , with little salt 
stir well and add capsicum and  pepper 

now add fried cauliflower 
then add mally leafs stir well and close the top to set two three mints 
after that put off the flame and serve it hot

How to make kappa aviyale



                             KAPPA AVIYALE


Ingredients 

Kappa--------------------1 cup  ( slice in finger size )
grated coconut -----------1/4 cup

turmeric powder ---------1/4 t spoon
cumin seed --------------1 pinch
garlic -----------------2 alli

chilly powder ---------1 pinch 
salt -----------------as you need 
curry leaf ----------2 thund 
dry chilly ----------2 nos
mustard -----------1/4 t spoon
cooking oil ----------2 t spoon

Preparation 

Cook the kappa add with salt and little water 
after cook the kappa keep dry with out water 

I n a mix jar add coconut , cumin seed , garlic , turmeric powder , and chilly powder grind well

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil 
add mustard , dry chilly , curry leaf , stir well 
then add this fry to mix the above kappa 
then add the mixed coconut 
add as you need salt also 
stir well again to set all 
then cook in low flame for 5 mints to boil this 

now the tasty aviyale is ready to serve KAPPA AVIYALE

How to make talaseri kappa kozikal




                  Thalasery special kappa kozikal 
Ingredients
Kappa ------------1/2 kg clean and cut in finger size
Keep in a hot water for boil in 5 mints
After 5 mints through the water and keep to dry

Maida ----------one cup
Chili powder ------------3 t spoon
Salt ------------as you need
Cooking oil ----------------1/2 kg

Direction
 Maida with salt and chili powder to mix with little water
These mixers to put the kappa to stir well for the masala will catch the kappa
Heats a fry pan pour the cooking oil after hot
Put the mixed kappa stick for fry two three mints time will take
The tasty kappa stick is ready to serve
These sticks will cal the special kappa kozikal from thalassery
 

How to make chicken kizi




                             CHICKEN KIZHI
INGREDIENTS
Maida flour ----------------------------1 cup
Salt ----------as you need
This two items to mix well with little hot water like chapatti

Chicken -----------wash and clean then cut in small pieces ---1/2 cup
Turmeric powder ----------------1/4 t spoon
Chilly powder ------------ ½ t spoon
These three items to mix well and cook in a cooker for 10 mints 

Big onion ----------1no (sliced)
Green chilly ----------2nos cut in small pieces
Ginger -------------1/2 t spoon (crushed)
Garlic---------------1/4 t spoon crushed
Gram masala ---------------1/2 t spoon
Pepper powder --------------1/2 t spoon
Cooking oil -------------------1 cup
Salt ---------------as you need


PREPARATION

The mixed Maida make it small boll type then each boll can made like chapatti sheet

Heat a fry pan pours the two t spoon cooking oil
Add big onion to stir up to slightly change the color
Then add green chilly , ginger , garlic and pepper powder

Now add the cooked chicken  (the chicken can pinched with hand )
Then add garem masala and as you need salt  also
This all items to mix well
After two three mints put off the flame

Take a  maida sheet and put some above chicken masala kuttu  fill it
Make the filled sheet like a kizhi
All the maida sheet do it like this


Pour cooking oil
Put the kizhi to hot oil one by one for fry

Now the tasty CHICKEN KIZHI is ready to serve

How to make kili kudu




                                    KILI KUDU

Ingredients 

Chicken -------------cook and slice in very small  piece one cup
coriander  powder ---------------1 t spoon
chilly powder ---------------1 t spoon
salt -----------------

cooking oil-------------------1 cup
big onion ------------2nos (sliced )
pepper powder -------------2 t spoon
garem masala -------------1/2 t spoon
potato ------------------1/2 kg(cook this separate and keep)
egg ------------5 nos ( cook then make it two piece each )

samiya -----------------fried 1 cup

PREPARATION 

Heat a fry pan 
pour the cooking oil 3 t spoon
add big onion stir up to brownish color 

then add pepper powder and garem masala
then put the chicken tear with hand
add cooked potato in broke
then add salt as you need
mix all this stir and well

egg put into potato mix then mix to cover on samiya
then heat a fry pan with cooking oil 
 put the mix egg cover to oil for fry
the egg will get after fry its shown like a bird nest
so it call KILI KUDU food

How to make chakka polo (jack fruit polo )




                                        CHAKKA POLO 

 Ingredients 

Jack fruit  Varilla Chakka ---------------15 pieces--(remove the kuru and slice in small piece )
egg ---------------------3
sugar ------------------3 t spoon
cardamom ------------3 nos
gee -------------------3 t spoon
chukku -powder ------2 t spoon

Preparation

Heat a fry pan in stove 
add gee on pan 
add chakka to stir for 5 mint

then add chukku powder and stir well 
and put off the stove to keep

the 3 egg put in a mix jar (mutta pottich ozikkuka )
add cardamom and sugar 
grind well

this egg mix to add the above chakka pan 
and mix well

now heat a dosha pot on stove 
take a another fry pan keep up on the dosa pot to heat 
apply the gee on fry pan 
pour the mixed egg chakka 
fry for 20 mints in low flame after that change the other side to cook 
for two three mints 
put off the stove 
after few mints you can serve this dish

remember don't heat direct from stove the fry pan because the dish will dry and hard 

now the CHAKKA POLO is ready 


How to to make peanut butter chiken




                         PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN 

INGREDIENTS 

Chicken ------------------ 1/2 kg ( washed and clean then cut for small pieces )
butter -------------------3 t spoon
pea nut -----------------make milk 1/2 cup grind peanut 
cash nut -----------------1/2 cup grind with milk 

big onion ------------one and half cup sliced

ginger ----------1 t spoon crushed 

turmeric powder --------------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder -----------------one and half t spoon

tomato -------------cook with grind one and half cup
tomato sauce -------------1 t spoon

fresh cream ---------------one and half cup

kasthuri methi------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala-------------1/2 t spoon
mally leafs ----------------2 t spoon

salt --------------as you need 

PREPARATION 

Heat a vessel
add butter to melt 
then add big onion to stir up to slightly change the color 

then add ginger and garlic 
then add chilly powder and turmeric powder 
stir well to set 

then add cooked tomato and tomato sauce
just boil it then add fresh cream 
then add kasthuri methi and garem masala  
then add as you need salt also

now add cleaned chicken pieces 
close the top of vessel then cook for 20 mints in low flame 

after cook add cash nut and peanut with mally leafs 
stir well to mix all masala with chicken 

put off the stove and keep to set two three mints 

now you taste a very tasty PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN  is ok
