How to make porato

                                                           INGREDIENCE

                           step    1


1       Maida                          1 kg                                 we can make 30 nos of porato
2       egg                              3
3       sugar                           1 cup
4       soda powder                1/4 spoon
5       milk maid                     4 t spoon    
6        c oil                             2 t spoon                 
7       water                           2 cup
8       salt                             1/2 t spoon
9      dalda                          200 gm



                                                       step    2               

maida,egg,sugar,soda powder,milk maid,salt, mixed with water as per paste type
then rub the oil on top & wet cloth on covering the pasted  and keep it up to 5 hours


                                                      step     3

make a boll shape each boll are in a egg size only
each boll to make a porato to prepaire as a warmed in both side


                                                      step     4

ready to eat                how is it  ?
