mutton intestine thoran {kudel thoren}







Mutton intestine  {mutton kudal}      1


                                                                                                                 ingredients

                                                                                    coconut powder              1 cup
cumin seed                     1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder            1/2 t spoon
garlic                             8 alli {s piece}
ginger                            1 t spoon
green chilly                   3 nos
chilly powder                1/2 t spoon
salt                                 as u taste


                                       2nd Ingredients

veg oil                           2 t spoon
mustard                        1/2 t spoon
                                                                                   dry chilly                     3 nos
                                                                                   curry leafs                    2 or 3 leafs


                                                               how to prepare


About 6 glass of water to boil with Intestine in 3to 4 mints
after that remove the water from intestine and keep it to dry

a black coating skin is their u should remove it  1st
we need only white portion of intestine

their are two types of intstine
one is big intestine and the other one is small

the small intestine to wash a narrow stick to use to clean inside of intestine
any way to clean both intestine in well

2 nd step

this both intestine to cut it small pieces
and to cook 15 mints on cooker


3rd step


on grinder     coconut powder,turmeric powder,chilly powder,ginger,garlic,cumin feed,
and green chilly to grind this items in a paste type

4th step

keep the dish bowl in stove pure the veg oil to heat
add the 2nd ingredients stir the dry chilly become light black shade
add the coconut with hafe spoon of salt {as u choice salt quantity}  stir well


the final step

mix all the ingredients together with intestine to heat 3, 4 mints on cooker

the intestine is ready to eat

Fish fry matthy or sardine fry






               1 st ingredient


matthy     sardine fish   10  nos


              2 nd ingredients

chilly powder           1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder      1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel             1/2 t spoon
pepper powder         1/4 t spoon
salt                           1/4 t spoon

            3 rd ingredient

veg oil                     5 t spoon


                                        preparation

 mix all the 2 nd ingredients with little water [ one or two drops only ] make it paste type
the sardine fish keep it the paste for 10 mints

keep the fry pan on stove to heat , and pure the veg oil
then put one by one all the matthy in fry pan to fry it
the frying time will take 10 to 12 mints

the matthy is no 1 calcium food also

boiled the egg 1 st

heat the bowl with veg oil and cutted big onion with little salt in 2 mints or onion become brown colour 

add green chilly in two stright cut piece 

ginger garlic add in small cut pieces 

add clove cinnamon cardamom in 2 mints

turmeric powder , cariander powder,  chilly powder , sweet fonnel , curry leafs , add and stir with one glass of water and mix with little salt and mix with the above items 

then heat well  close the top and heat up to 7 , 8 mints 

after that add boiled egg with the roste 

and its can serve EGGROSTE

botter gourd                 1 nos
big onion                     1 nos
turmeric powder          1/2 t spoon
chilly powder              1 t spoon
sweet fonnel               1/2 t spoon
salt                              1/2 t spoon
veg oil                         250 ml


                                   preparation

cut the botter gourd in round shape 

cut the big onion in round shape

this botter gourd and big onion mixed with turmeric powder,chilly powder,sweet fonnel,and salt

keep 10 mints

then u can fry it the botter gourd mix

this fry time is 5 mints

salt                 1/4 t spoon  {or as needed for taste }

heat the fry pan with veg oil
add  chopped big onion , green chilly , curry leafs , and salt stir 2 , 3 mints
and keep it  close the top for 5 mints
the beans  vizhkk is ready

                                                       METHODS

Heat 2 t spoon oil in cooking dish
add the mond dall with water
add the veggies cutted pice
then add small onion turmeric powder, keep with tited cooker for 15 mints

then sambar powder, asapodiyapowder, tamarind water,salt[ as u tast ]
boil up to 3, 4 mints

keep a fry pan 1 t spoon oil areca, fennugreek, dry chilly , curryleafs, to fry it 10 seconds or
fennugreek till brown

this fry items mix with sambar and keep it for 10 mints
the keralait sambar is ready to serve
this u can serve with dosha iddely like that

the time will take   30 mints maximum

O] oil                             50gm
P]  salt                            little
Q] water                        1 1/2 cup


in a cooker    the total time will take  23 mints

1         cinnamon , clove , cardamon , and big onion   
2         small onion
3         ginger , garlic , green chilly ,
4         chilly powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder , tomato , coriander leaf , salt , 
           and water

    

pure the oil in a cooker and barn the stove 
put the sl.no 1 items and stiril up to 5 mints
then put sl.no 2 items stiril up to 2 mints
then put sl.no 3 items stiril well up to 1 mints
then the final stage put sl no 4 and make it well mix all things and keep it 15 mints in full flame

a} wash the mutton and cutit each small pices
