how to make idiyappam





                                                  Ingredients


rice flour                       1  cup
coconut {grated}          4 t spoon
water
salt                                {for taste}



                                                  Methods


mix rice powder with salt in hot water
make it a hafe paste type

then fill it on Idiyappam presser

keep ready to heat idiyappam pan
add a little grated coconut sprinkled on pan
then press from the presser the paste
allow to steam 7to10 mints

the IDIYAPPAM is ready

this the plain idiyappam
this can serve with potato shoo curry or chicken curry like that
