egg curry


             




                                                                egg                                              4 nos


coconut grained                          1 cup
turmeric powder                         1/4 t spoon
chilly powder                             1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel                               1/2 t spoon
small onion                                4 nos
salt                                             as needed for taste

                                                                 2 nd ingredients

veg oil                                    2 t spoon
dry chilly                               2 nos
curry leafs                             2 pinch
small onion                           3 nos
mustard                                1/4 t spoon


1 st you boil the egg


Then coconut powder turmeric powder chilly powder sweet fennel small onion mixed with a glass of water juice in 4 mints

keep a fry pan on stove to heat
pure the veg oil
after oil heat put mustard
the mustard will be broken dum dum sound
add dry chilly and small onion {the small onion will cut small pieces} 
the small onion will be come brown shade
then add curry leafs
Waite a mints
add our 1 st juice mixer
add salt
then add a glass of water also
stir well all this things
the water will-become stem wave
then add egg one by one
don't put once up on one

heat up to 10 mints
the EGG curry is ready
