fish curry







Fish                                { any small size   500gm }


coconut powder                       1 cup
tamarind                                   a small lemon size
salt                                            as u need taste
green chilly                              2 nos
small onion                              7 nos
curry leafs                                5 pinch
drum stick                                1 nos
pepper                                      1/2 t spoon
garlic                                        3 ally
turmeric powder                      1/2 t spoon
chilly powder                           2 spoon
coriander powder                     1/2 spoon
sweet funnel                             1/2 spoon


                                       preparation

Heat the fry pan
add coconut powder with small onion  {onion should to be cut small piece }
the coconut powder become brown co lour

add pepper curry leafs garlic to fry all this well
after few seconds

 turmeric powder chilly powder coriander powder sweet funnel add with a glass of water to make it juice
nearly 7to8 mints will take juice

now keep a vessel in stove to heat
add tamarind water  salt green chilly curry leafs drum stick
then add 2 cups of water after little hot put the FISH on it
after that didn't stir because the fish will broken
so pls close the top and keep 5to7 mints to heat

now the FISH CURRY is ready
use it with ur favorite food
