how to make sharkara payasam




                                                   INGREDIENTS

SHARKARA    500gm

milk-------------1litter
payyer paripp-----------250gm
cardamom------6nos [podichath]
coconut cut piece------------2spoon
cash nut-----------10
kismis--------10
gee------------4t spoon
water------------2glass

                                                   METHOD

Payyer paripp fry it for 3 mints 1 st

sharkara melt with hafe glass of water

heat a bowl
add rosted payye paripp with one and hafe glass [1 1/2] water
and add hafe litter milk heat in medium flame for 30 mints

after cook make it a paste type the things
then add the melted sharkara
and cook for 10 mints

then add the balance milk to add
again heat for 3 mints

now add cardamom,kismis,cash nut,gee,coconut pieces,
keep to set for few mints

then serve in hot or cool as u wish

how to make ayala fish kudampuli






AYALA FISH ------------2nos
(wash and clean then cut it in a small pieces)

small onion-----1cup
[sliced in small size]

fenugreek----------1 t spoon
ginger----------1 t spoon
garlic--------------1 spoon
cinnamon -----------2thund
clove----------3
cardamom-------------3

kudampuli----------3

cooking oil---------3 spoon

turmeric powder1/4t spoon
chilly powder------1 spoon
coriander powder -----------1spoon
sweet fennel-----------1/2spoon

tomato---------1
curry leafs---------2thund
green chilly------------3
salt ----------as u need


                                                             DIRECTION

Heat a vessel with cooking oil
add fenugreek
after broken the fenugreek add graded ginger, sliced garlic,sliced small onion
cut pieces of green chilly then fry to this things

add cinnamon,clove,cardamom,tomato,stir well

then add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,sweet fennel,
curry leafs,and as you need to add salt
add one and hafe of water and stir it well condition

now add the kudampuli to it

now add the FISH and keep to close the top
cook in low flame for 10 mints

is now the AYALA KUDAMPULI curry is ready

how to make kozhIyala fish aviyal








                                                      ITEMS


KOZHIYALA FISH-------------15NOS
[wash and clean the fish ready for cook]

graded coconut -----------1cup


turmeric powder--------------1/4t spoon
chilly powder------------1/4 t spoon

small onion----------2sliced
tamarind------------a small piece
green chilly---------2
curry leafs-------------2thund

tomato ----------1
salt -----------1/2 t spoon or as you need to taste

                                                 method
In a mixi jar add coconut, turmeric, chilly, small onion,tamarind [puli]
add wit little water grind in for thorans type

Heat a bowl
add the coconut mixer and heat in low flame for two three mints
add curry leafs
add cut pieces of tomato sliced green chilly as you need to salt and hafe glass of water

now add the kozhiyala fish
and cook in low flame for 15 mints
 keep close the top of bowl

the gravy become thick then close the flame


the KOZHIYALA FISH AVIYAL is ready to serve

how to make fish curry kozhiyala




                                                                  ITEMS

KOZHIYALA FISH -----------10 nos


graded coconut-----------------1cup


chilly powder----------1spoon
turmeric powder-----------2pinch

small onion-----------2nos sliced
tamarind----------a big grape size

salt --------------as you need to taste
fenugreek---------1/2spoon

curry leafs---------2thand
drum stick --------1
green chilly----------2


                                                          METHOD

In a mixi jar graded coconut ,chilly powder,turmeric powder,small onion,and tamarind
grind with hafe glass of water for 2 mints

heat a fry pan
add the above grind mix
add a cup of water and little salt

add curry leafs,drum stick,and green chilly, stir it well

now add the washed and clean FISH

add the fenugreek top of it
cook for 15 mints in low flame
no need to close the top

now the KOZHIYALA FISH CURRY is ready

how to make ayala fish masala fry



                                                INGREDIENTS


Ayala fish ------------2
[to clean and mark the both side of it]

chopped ginger----------1 spoon
chopped garlic------1spoon
cinnamon------------1 small piece
clove--------2
cardamom ------------3 piece

turmeric powder-----------1/2spoon
chilly powder-----------1spoon
pepper powder-----------1/4spoon
sweet fennel--------1/2spoon

green chilly---------2
lemon juice--------1/2spoon
cooking oil -------     1/2cup
salt-----as you need to taste

                                                DIRECTION

Ayala fish wash and clean well in full size

in a mixi jar add the following items
chopped ginger,and garlic
clove   cumin seed   cardamom   turmeric powder    chilly powder    sweet fennel   
green chilly   pepper powder   and salt
this items add with a little water and grind in a paste type

this paste rub in both side of the  fish  and keep it for hafe an hour time

then pour the lemon juice both side of fish

heat a fry pan with the cooking oil
after heated oil put the fish to fry
7 mints to want to fry then keep the other side of fish to fry
like that both side should be fry well

and serve in a table in full size of it

now taste and say how is our AYALA FISH MASALA FRY

how to make butter rice







                              INGREDIENTS


Butter--------------50gm
biriyani rice-------------1cup

lemon juice-------1/2spoon
salt------------as u need

mally leafs-----------1/2tip
carrot ---------1big piece
beans-------------100gm
cabbage-----------------100gm
green piece--------------50gm


                           DIRECTION


Heat 2 glass of water in a vessel

clean the rice well

heat a another vessel
put the butter for melt
add the washed rice
pour the boiled water
keep to close the top and cook for 15 mints


carrot,beans,cabbage,and green piece
this items all to make a small pieces and cook separate bowl for 3 mints
 add a little butter also

when the rice is ready add this cooked vegetables to it
add the mally leafs top of it
add the lemon juice

and close the top in tight of vessel and heat in a low flame 3ints

the BUTTER RICE is ready

Make to slice the big onion
cut the green chilly in small size
tomato cut it in round shape

                                                     DIRECTION


The graded coconut,turmeric powder,cumin seed ,and garlic
grind in thorans paruvam

Heat a fry pan
pour cooking oil
when it heat add mustard
after mustard broken add dry chilly , and curry leafs,

stir well then add MURINGAILA
cook for two three mints

then add coconut mix
add salt as you need




now stir well and cook for three four mints in low flame
the MURINGAILA THORAN is getting ready

HOW TO MAKE CHAKKOLI






                                                            INGREDIENTS

Ros ted pachari rice ----------2cup
coconut graded------------ 1 1/2cup

Prawns ============500gm

small onion--------10
cinnamon-----------------2
clove---------3
cardamom----------4
ginger----------a small piece
garlic--------------5
curry leafs------------2 thund

chilly powder-----1 t spoon
turmeric powder-----------1/4 spoon
sweet fennel------------1/2 spoon

                                                     DIRECTION

Heat a fry pan
add the 1 cup coconut graded , the chopped small onion , cuts of ginger,and cinnamon,clove,cardamom
garlic,
add curry leafs
fry it in the coconut will come brownish colour
it will be take minimum 10 mints

then add with chilly powder , turmeric powder,and sweet fennel,
stir well and put off the flame

after cold mix with one and hafe of water and make it a juice in a mixi
 for 5 mints


Heat a vessel with 4 glass of water
add a little salt
add the roasted  rice flour in boiled water
stir it
and add the balance of hafe cup graded coconut and mix it well
remove from flame and make it a dough type

make it a small boll size from the dough

Heat a vessel (its in a medium size)
pour the 1st mixed coconut gravy

add the washed PRAWNS

add 4 glass of water also
add salt as you need
when it come in boil add one by one full of the rice boll
keep to cook for 30 mints more
the CHAKKOLI with prawns is ready


its a keralit special item food also

wheat powder-------------2cup

veg oil------------1/2 cup
asafoetida --------1 pinch

Mix well rice powder and wheat powder

add curry leafs asafoetida and salt
add a little water to mix liquid type

Heat a fry pan
pour the liquid in fry pan a spoon

brush the oil to fry pan each one of making
