How to make vegetable egg idiyappam biriyani




                              VEGETABLE  EGG  IDIYAPPAM  BIRIYANI

Ingredients

Fresh Baked Idiyappam  -----------2 cup ( powder type )
big onion ------------1 sliced small size
carrot ---------1/4 cup
cabbage -------------1/4 cup
capsicum sliced ------------- 2  spoon  
ginger chathachad --------------1 t spoon
garlic chathachad ------------1 t spoon
gee --------------2 t spoon
cooking oil ---------------3 t spoon
mally leaves ----------2
egg ------------2
green chilly -----------1 sliced
turmeric powder -----------1 pinch
coriander powder ------------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder -----------1/4 t spoon 
sweet fennel -------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala 1/4 t spoon
salt ------------as you need

Direction

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil
add ginger , garlic , big onion and salt stir well

then add capsicum ,carrot , cabbage , and add the blast egg
heat in 2 mints
stir it and
add turmeric powder , chilly powder , coriander powder , sweet fennel , garem masala , and salt to add and stir well
then add one t spoon fresh water
then add idiyappam add gee up on it
add mally leaves
stir well position and close the top and cook for three four mints
the tasty VEGETABLE EGG IDIYAPPAM BIRIYANI is ready to serve
