How to make kappa thalichathu ( tapioca )




                                           KAPPA  THALICHATHU


Items  needed

kappa  (tapioca  )------------------1/2 kg (washed and clean then cut in small pieces )
coconut grated ---------------1/4 cup
dry chilly -------------4 nos
mustard ---------------1/2 t spoon
curry leafs ------------------2 thund
cooking oil -----------------2 t spoon
salt -----------------as you need



Preparation

Heat a bowl
put kappa  add little water and salt cook for ten to fifteen mints
after cook trough the water and keep it

then heat a fry pan pour the cooking oil 
add dry chilly  mustard  and curry leafs 
then add kappa and stir in well condition
just heat it out
serve it on hot  the  ready  KAPPA THALICHATHU

How to make coconut pookkula puttu




                                               THENGIN  POOKKULA PUTTU

Ingredients

Pchari rice ------------1/2 kg
thengin pookkula loosed -----------1 cup
grated coconut ---------------------1/4 cup
salt --------------as you need

Preparation 


Wash the pachari rice clean well and keep to dry

then dry rice add the pookkula and grind in a mix jar make it a powder type

Heat a big bowl on stove
put the pookkula mix rice
after two three mints keep the rice to cool

after cool add salt and little water mix the rice well position about puttu condition
make this rice like a simple and normal puttu


How to make kappa with coconut



                                   KAPPA WITH COCONUT

Items

Kappa-----------------1/2 kg
grated coconut -------------4  spoon
salt ------------


Direction

Kappa can washed and clean and cut in small pieces
then add the little salt
and cook in low flame for 10 mints in cooker
if its in normal stove for cook 30 mints will take

after cook serve the plate
put up on the grated coconut on cooked kappa

the tasty  KAPPA with  COCONUT  is ready to serve

How to make kumbilappam



                          KUMBILAPPAM

Ingredient

Rice powder --------------1 cup
melted Sharkara -------------200 gm
grated coconut -----------------1 cup
cardamom ----------------5
small pazham----------3
jack fruit leafs ------------------20

Preparation

The boiled melted sharkara to add rice powder and mix well condition
then add grated coconut cardamom and small pazham
mix this all together

the jack fruit leafs can round up the shape

then fill the above mixed paste on it

Heat the bowl like ideally maker and fit the tray on it
and fill all filed leafs to cook
and heat in low flame for 20 mints
the tasty  KUMBALAPPAM is ready to serve

How to make therali appam ( kumbilappam )




                                           THERLI APPAM  ( KUMBILAPPAM  )

         Items


Rice powder ---------------1 cup
sharkara ------------200 gm (melted )
grated coconut -------------1 cup
cardamom -----------5 nos (powdering )
coconut small cut pieces ------------1/4 cup
( it should be fried in gee )

vayanailla or Therali leafs --------------- 20 nos
(  it make in shape and fix with eerkil )
palayan kodan pazham ---------2 nos


     Direction

Hot Melted Sharkara pour  on the rice powder and mix on it
then add grated coconut , cardamom , fried coconut , and pazham ,   to mix all this items well

this mixed items can fill the shaped therali leafs each and all

heat the iddaly bowl with little water
and keep the tray on it
then put the filled therali leafs all
close the top
and cook for 20 mints
the tasty THERALI APPAM  OR VAYANAILAYAPPAM  is ready to serve

How to make vegetable egg idiyappam biriyani




                              VEGETABLE  EGG  IDIYAPPAM  BIRIYANI

Ingredients

Fresh Baked Idiyappam  -----------2 cup ( powder type )
big onion ------------1 sliced small size
carrot ---------1/4 cup
cabbage -------------1/4 cup
capsicum sliced ------------- 2  spoon  
ginger chathachad --------------1 t spoon
garlic chathachad ------------1 t spoon
gee --------------2 t spoon
cooking oil ---------------3 t spoon
mally leaves ----------2
egg ------------2
green chilly -----------1 sliced
turmeric powder -----------1 pinch
coriander powder ------------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder -----------1/4 t spoon 
sweet fennel -------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala 1/4 t spoon
salt ------------as you need

Direction

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil
add ginger , garlic , big onion and salt stir well

then add capsicum ,carrot , cabbage , and add the blast egg
heat in 2 mints
stir it and
add turmeric powder , chilly powder , coriander powder , sweet fennel , garem masala , and salt to add and stir well
then add one t spoon fresh water
then add idiyappam add gee up on it
add mally leaves
stir well position and close the top and cook for three four mints
the tasty VEGETABLE EGG IDIYAPPAM BIRIYANI is ready to serve

How to make prawn masala putt


                                             PRAWN MASALA PUTT

Items

PRAWN ------------1cup ( washed and cleaned)
big onion ------------2 sliced in small size
ginger ---------------1 t spoon chathachath
garlic-----------------1 t spoon       ,,
green chilly --------3 cuts

chilly powder ---------1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder ------1/4 t spoon
coriander powder   -----1 t spoon
garam masala ----------1/2 t spoon
sweet fennel -----------1/2 t spoon
grated coconut -----------1/2 cup

rice powder -------------1/2 kg
salt -------

mally leaves -----------
cooking oil -----------4 t spoon
salt ----------
tomato ----------------2 sliced in small size

How to prepare

Rice powder mix with little salt and grated coconut  with little water mix in the puttu paruvam

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add ginger , garlic ,
then add big onion , salt  green chilly ,tomato , stir in well position

then add garam masala  , chilly powder , coriander powder ,turmeric powder , sweet fennel  and add as you need salt also
then add washed PRAWNS
closed the fry pan and cook in low flame for 5 mints
then put the mally leaves and stir well

The second step

Heat a puttu bowl add with little water 
then the putt kutty add the prawn masala one and half  t spoon
above that add the mixed wet rice powder
again the masala then the wet rice powder like that fill the puttu kutty
close the top of it and heat up to two or three mints
then serve the plate
taste the PRAWN MASALA  in hot

How to make spl poori



                                                              SPL     POOR I

ITEMS

Maida flour ----------1/2 kg
salt ----------------
water ----------------


grated coconut  --------- 1cup
sugar ----------2 cup
peanut --------1 cup
aval -----------1 cup
payar ----------2 cup  (fry and remove the skin full )


cardamom ------------10
ellu -------1/4 cup
cooking oil ---------1/2 kg


Direction

1 st -----   Maida mix with one and quarter cup of water and as you need salt  to mix well and keep to set

Heat a urulli ( like a big chatty )
fry the coconut  up to dry the water in coconut

put off the flame

then add sugar cardamom powder payer peanut aval and ellu to mix all this in well position
and heat with low flame just few seconds
 and close the flame

then maida mix can make like a small chappathy and put the thoru (the above fried items ) a spoon
and fold up
heat a fry pan with cooking oil
put the folded maida to oil for fry
make it all maida like this to fry
taste the spl poori like it

How to make Fish capsicum masala



                                                      FISH CAPSICUM MASALA

Ingredients

FISH----------washed and clean 10 pieces
big onion -------------- 2no ( sliced in finger size )
ginger ------------------ 1 t spoon grated
garlic ------------------- 1 t spoon grated
capsicum --------------- 1 ( sliced ) 

turmeric powder -------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder ----------1 t spoon
cardamom powder ----- 1 t spoon
sweet fennel powder ----1/2 t spoon
garem masala -------------1/2 t spoon

mally leaves -----
curry leaves  ------
salt ------------
green chilly ----------------4 cut in two scrap

cooking oil ------------5 t spoon
tomato -----------2 sliced
turmeric water --------------2 t spoon


Direction

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
put garlic and ginger , big onion , tomato , to sterilize

then add green chilly pieces little curry leaves turmeric powder chilly powder cardamom powder sweet fennel and garem masala  stir well

then add capsicum and add little pour water
add as you need salt
add turmeric water also
heat just up to boil
add little mally leaves

then add FISH
close the top of pan cook for five to seven mints
the gravy will be little thick

put off the flame  the tasty  curry with  FISH CAPSICUM MASALA is ready to serve

How to make a cake



                                                                    CAKE

Items


Maida flour -----------2 1/2 cup
egg----------------4
vanilla essence -----------1 t spoon
sugar --------------1 1/2 cup
salt-----------
butter---------------100 gm
baking powder --------------1 t spoon
milk---------------1/4 cup

Direction

Mix maida baking powder and as u need salt to mix well and keep it for set

Beat sugar with butter
then add egg on it and beat again
then add maida mix
add milk  and vanilla essence  mix all in well position

keep to cook in Oven 180'f h t  for 30 mints

the nice and soft  CAKE  is ready to serve

and make any decorate up on it for fun

How to make prawns roast



                                                        PRAWNS  ROAST

                   Ingredients

Prawns ----------------  1 cup ( washed and clean )
big onion -------1 (sliced )
ginger ----------- 1 t spoon
garlic ------------ 1 t spoon
turmeric powder ------------1 pinch
chilly powder ---------- 1/2 t spoon
sweet fennel --------------1/2 t spoon
garem masala ----------1/4 t spoon
green chilly -------------2 (sliced )
tomato ------------1 (sliced )
curry leaves ----
cooking oil ---------4 t spoon
salt ----------

                 Direction

Heat a fry pan in stove
pour the cooking oil
then add big onion garlic ginger with as u need salt to mix
when its hot add green chilly  and tomato
then stir well
then add turmeric powder chilly powder sweet fennel and garam masala
after few seconds add PRAWNS 
add curry leaves and as you need salt also
stir in well position the masala to mix each and avery side of Prawns
 close the top of fry pan
cook for 10 mints in low flame

the tasty  PRAWNS ROAST  is ready to serve

How to make veg pizza



                                                     VEGETABLE   PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

1 st
Maida flour --------------2 cup
east-------------1 t spoon
veg oil------------2 t spoon
sugar --------------1 t spoon
salt -------------

2 nd

big onion -------------3 t spoon  (chopped )
capsicum ----------3 t spoon ( chopped )
tomato ----------2 t spoon  ( chopped )
carrot --------2 t spoon (chopped )
oriyano -----1 punch
tomato sauce -------------4 t spoon
chees ------------3 t spoon


Direction


Mix the above 1st ingredients full set mix with little water and keep to set for 20 mints

then the above mixed maida to make round up like thick chappathy model
then spread tomato sauce full side  then put chees tomato carrot capsicum oriyano and big onion then spread the chees up on it

then keep to cook in oven for  6 mints

the tasty  PIZZA  is ready to taste
