INGREDIENTS


Raw banana -----------sliced -----1/2 cup
green chilly -------------3 cuts in two pieces level
chilly powder----------1/4 t spoon
turmeric powder-----------1 pinch
salt
grated coconut---------------1/2 cup
cumin seed---------- 1 pinch
curd --------------3 cup
cooking oil--------------1  1/2 t spoon
mustard---------1/2 t spoon
uluva ( methi seeds)-----------1/4 t spoon
dry chilly-------------------2
curry leaves---------2 thund


                                  DIRECTION

1st cook with raw banana  green chilly  and chilly powder  
add as you need salt

the grated coconut and cumin seed mix and grind
and add to the cooked bananas then stir well position and cook in low flam

then add curd  and stir slowly  then put off the flame

Heat a fry pan and add cooking oil
then add mustard uluva  dry chilly  and curry leaves
this mixer add to the above curd mixer

its ready serve the  KALAN
