Onion vada






                                                                                                ITEMS


Big onion-------------------3nos    (sliced in long finger size )

chilly powder--------1/2spoon
kadala mavu -----------1cup
rice powder----------------2spoon
maida---------------1spoon
turmeric powder-----------1 pinch
kayapodi ---------1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel------------1/2 spoon
salt
cooking oil--------------1cup


                                                                        METHOD

1 st---------------Mix with big onion , chilly powder , kadalamavu , rice powder , maida , turmeric powder , kayapodi , sweet fennel , and as you need to add salt also
                         mix well and make a small lemon size boll type

2nd---------------Heat a fry pan
                          pour the cooking oil
                          after that put the above boll one by one to fry it

keep the flame low position
the mixer can cheq the water in low quantity

cutlet maida





                                                       INGREDIENTS


Potato----------skin less and cooked--------3nos

born less chicken chopped in a cup of quantity
turmeric powder---------1spoon
salt-----------------as you need to taste
pepper powder----------------1spoon

savala(big onion)--------1 nos sliced

ginger char------1/2spoon 
garlic char----------1/2 spoon
gram masala--------------1spoon

turmeric leafs----------------
maida flour-------------3spoon

cooking oil----------1cup

                                                    DIRECTION

1)---------- chicken , turmeric powder ,pepper powder ,salt  cook this all and keep it in a bowl

2)------------maida stir in a cup of water and keep

3)----------Heat a fry pan
pour cooking oil
add sliced savala and stir well for 2 mints

keep the flame in low position 
after that add ginger , garlic , stir for 2 mints
add turmeric leafs ,
add the 1st direction mix
add gram masala
then add potato mix
add salt for as you need
stir well and close flame

the masala mix  is ready

now take mix and make it a small lemon size boll
then make the standard cutlet size
this roll can put the heated fry pan make the cutlet to fry

the CUTLET MAIDA is ready

vazhakka raw banana bhaji


                                                                items

raw banana (vazhakka)   --------------1
kadala mavu--------------1cup
sweet fennel----------------1/2spoon
kayam-(asafodiya )-----------1/2spoon
chilly powder-----------1spoon
salt-------------as you need
cooking oil---------------1cup


                                                                 method
remove the skin and sliced the vazakka

kadala mavu,sweet fennel, kayam,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,mix all the things

heat a fry pan
add cooking oil to heat

vazakka piece dip on flour mix
put the vazakka to fry pan
both side should be fry
4 or 5 mints is enough to fry all

BOUNDLESS CHICKEN --------------10PIECES ( stranded size )

rice powder--------------1/4 cup
pepper powder----------3 spoon

salt --------------as you need to taste

ginger powder-------1/2 spoon
corn flour powder--------------1/4spoon
egg---------------2
cooking oil-------------2cup

                                                                                METHOD

1) Mix rice powder,corn flour powder,pepper powder,ginger powder,

2) in a vessel pour the egg add salt and keep it close

3) Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
after heated oil take a chicken piece fill the corn flour and fill the egg liquid  again fill in corn flour
then put the fry pan to fry like this both side should be fry
the total  15 to 20 mints enough  to fry all 


now the CHICKEN PAKODA BHAJI  is ready

Potato ------------------2 nos
cooking oil------------1 cup
pepper powder--------------1 spoon
salt ---------------as you need to taste


                                                            METHOD

Potato can cut in finger size

heat a vessel with water put the potato and boil it for 3 mints

and allow to dry potato

mix with little salt

heat a fry pan
add cooking oil
after its hot put the potato one by one
it will come light brownish colour
then keep to one dry plate mix pepper powder on it

and serve FRENCH FRIES

cooking oil-----------------3 spoon
savala-------------1 sliced
mustard--------------1/4 spoon
curry leafs---------------------2 tund
coconut graded-------------4 spoon
salt------------as you need
dry chilly----------2


                                           method


Heat a fry pan
add cooking oil
add mustard,dry chilly,curry leafs,
the mustard will be broken it
then add savala pieces and stir well
now add graded coconut
add salt  and water
when it will be come hot
add rava and stir slowly
it will come thick heat low flame for two three mints
the UPPUMAV is ready to serve

In a bowl add the above all items and mix it well and serve it for side dish items

how to make potato stew curry







                                                      INGREDIENTS

Potato -------------250gm

savala ------------3nos

ginger-------------1spoon char
garlic---------1spoon char
green chilly-----------3

cooking oil------------4spoon

curry leafs-----------------2tund

turmeric powder-----------1/4spoon
sweet fennel --------1/2spoon

coconut milk--------3glass

                                                 DIRECTION

Potato should clean and cook for 10mints

Heat a bowl with cooking oil
add ginger,garlic,green chilly and curry leafs stir it well

add chopped or sliced savala(big onion) stir for 4 mints

then add the skin removed potato and make it a paste type

now add one and half glass coconut milk
and just heat and add the 2nd half of milk
add salt for taste as you need
remember don't  heat much after add coconut milk
and close the flame and kept on stove up to 10 mints more
now you can serve the POTATO STEW CURRY
this curry very taste for with idiyappum and chapathy

how to make chicken tick roast






                                                         INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN -----------------500GM

savala------2nos
green chilly------------4piece
ginger------------a small piece
garlic---------6ally
tomato----------2nos
cardamon-----------3piece
cinnamon-----------------2ally
clove------------3piece
cooking oil---------------------1/4 lit
chilly powder----------------1spoon
turmeric powder---------1/4spoon
seed fennel -------------1spoon


                                                   DIRECTION

 Heat a bowl with the cooking oil
add sliced savala and stir it up to changed brownish colour
then add cardamon , cinnamon , clove , stir it for 5 mints

now add turmeric powder , chilly powder , seed fennel ,
cook in low flame for 5 mints
add salt and water for as you need to taste
stir

now you can add washed and cuts of CHICKEN pieces and close the bowl
heat in low flame for 40 mints in normal cook

the gravy become thick  then add 2spoon cooking oil on top of it
stir it well position

now you can taste CHICKEN TICK ROAST

how to make badam pista juice





                                              INGREDIENTS


Badam-------------------15 nos  ( put in a cup of water for 15 mints )

pista------------------4 nos

sugar-------------3 t spoon
milk-----------2 glass


                                               DIRECTION

1---------- Remove the skin from badam 

2---------------put the badam pista sugar mix with milk and grind in a mixi jar
                     for 3 mints

will get badam pista juice  if the milk is cold you will get very taste also

ജീരകം------------------ഒരുനുള്ള്

വെളുത്തുള്ളി  അല്ലി--------------4
എണ്ണാ-----------2 സ്പൂണ്‍
കടുക്----------1/4 സ്പൂണ്‍
വറ്റല്‍മുളക്--------2

ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി------2
കറിവേപ്പില--------------2 തുണ്ട്
ഉപ്പ്-----------ആവശ്യത്തിനു
