prawns masala curry


                                         PRAWNS MASALA CURRY


Prawns ---------- washed and clean -- 250 gm

big onion  ------- sliced -- 2 nos
green chilly ----- sliced -- 3 nos
ginger ------------ 1 t spoon crussed
garlic ------------- 1 t spoon cussed
tomato ------------ 2  small cut pieces

chilly powder -----1 t spoon
turmeric powder -- 1/4 t spoon
coriander --------- 2 t spoon
cumin powder --- 1/2 t spoon
garam masala ---- 1/2 t spoon
coconut oil ------- 4 t spoon
curry leafs -------- 2 t spoon
salt -----------------as u need


               preparation 

Heat a fry pan in stove
pour the oil
add savala with little quantity of salt to shuffle in few seconds
then color of savala will be change a brownish then add green chilly tomato ginger and garlic
stir in three to four seconds 
then add chilly turmeric cumin and coriander powders
add garam masala also
then add prawns
add little salt with water
stir it well  keep the top  of pan close
heat it ten mints for low flame

after 10 mints close the flame  and  keep table for masala curry
the tasty PRAWNS MASALA CURRY is ready to serve

How to make Rasagula







Ingredients

milk--------- 1 ltr
vinagiri ----- 4 table spoon
sugar ---------1/2 cup
water---------- 2 cup
rose water ---- 2 t spoon


preparation

1 st boil the milk
and pour the vinagiri in hot milk  then filter the milk mix with a nice white cloth
then wash with water the milk mix
after that mixit well
make it ten boll type

the 2nd part  heat the sugar with wate to boil
after melted sugar   put  the milk boll one by one
then add the rose water
keep to close the top and heat 10 mints in medium flame

then close the flame add  one spoon rose water
keep to cool

then  u can taste the tasty RASAGULA

How to make Pappaya theeyal






                                             PAPPAYA THEEYAL

Ingredient

coconut granted -----------------1/4 cup
pappaya sliced -------------------1/4 cup
small onion -----------------------5 nos

chilly powder---------------------1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder------------------1/4 t spoon
coriander powder-----------------1/2 t spoon
fenugreek  -------------------------1/4 t spoon
mustard ----------------------------1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel ----------------------1/4 t spoo

lady finger-----------------------3
bringal  ------------------------1

coconut oil ----------------------2 t spoon
curry leafs-----------------------2 thund
dry chilly------------------------2
salt --------------as u need
puli-water ------------------2 t spoon

Direction to preparation

Put a fry pan in stove and heated with granted coconut up to change the color to brown
then add the chilly powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder and sweet fennel    to stir in two three mints  then keep to cool
then heat a another fry pan pour the coconut oil add mustard , dry chilly , fenugreek and curry leafs
after little blash mustard then add small cut onion pieces stirit well
then add pappaya piece  then bringal pieces and lady finger piece to heat five mints
after that

add the coconut mixed and puli water then add salt as u need
boil for 10 mints in medium heat

now the tasty pappaya theeyal is ready to serve

How to make Pappaya mezhuku puratti







                    PAPPAYA MEZHUKUPURATIYATH
                    -----------------------------------------------

Ingredient

cleaned and sliced pieces of Pappaya ----------1 cup
sliced small onion --------------6 pieces
idian mulag ----------------------2 t spoon
turmeric powder-----------------1 pinch
grated coconut ------------------2 t spoon
cooking oil ------------------------2 t spoon
mustard --------------------1/4 t spoon
cury leafs ------------2 thund
salt ----------------

Preparation

In a vessel heat with pappaya turmeric powder little water add salt in as you need
then cook for5 mints in low flame

keep to heat a pan in stove pour the cooking oil put the cury leafs and idiyan mulag
just melted after add small onion , mixed papaya and grated coconut and stir well

the papaya mezhukku puratt is ready to serve
