how to make kinnathappam






                                   INGREDIENCE 


Pachari  rice  --------1cup or [1 naazhi]
Doppi rice--------1 spoon
Coconut milk-------------one full coconut of milk
Ghee -----------50gm
Salt------------1pinch 
 Cardamom -----------25gm
Water---------1cup
Cash nut----------20gm
Sugar---------1cup
Egg------------1

                                Method
Coconut you made milk in 3 steps
The pachari rice     doppi rice and egg to mix and grind in a mixi for 5 mints
  Add with coconut milk 
Then add sugar in coconut rice liquid
And stir well
Add one pinch salt
Then mix and grind well one more time in full of rice and coconut mix this is become very nice liquid type this solution need to  any type of gravity of it

And you should filter the above mixer
Then pour in plate add with sugar then add coconut milk 2nd and 3rd part of milk
No need to add any extra water
Now stir in a spoon with the coconut mixer
Then again filer of it this become maximum 4 glass of milk mix

Next step to cook
Keep the vessel in stove and heat it with a little water on the vesslel or idle bowl
And keep a plate on the vessel  [don’t touch the water ]
Rub the gee on the plate fill the mixed milk on plate
Close to tight the vessel and heat it for 30 mints in low flame
Remember don’t be open the vessel in between this time
After 30 mints put off the flame and take the plate out
And through the water on the above plate
Keep to cool
And look it the nice and tasty KINNATHAPPAM is ready to serve

how to make chicken roll






                                                INGREDIENTS

Pathiri podi------[-pathiri rice powder-]----2cup
water--------3cup


Bone less chicken [cooked with little salt ]===1cup


carrot -----graded in 1cup
cabbage----------graded 1/2cup
big onion-----------sliced 1
capsicum -------------------1/2cup
gee---------------1t spoon
white sauce--------1spoon

                                              DIRECTION

Heat the water add little salt
when the water is boiled add pathiri podi on it
stir it low position its don't be thick   the will dry
then remove from stove make its a small boll type
and fry it from pan in stove one by one


Heat a non stick pan put the chicken fry its for 5 mints in low flame

add in this gee big onion sliced capsicum sliced
the graded carrot and cabbage stir and heat in low flame for two three mints
add white sauce

then this veg mix keep to a spoon each kept one by one in fry ed pathiri

make a roll this pathiri mix 

this chicken roll is ready to serve

Boil the water with little salt
add the rice powder stir it nicely
the water will dry and the rice powder don!t be thick

this dough u can make small boll then make it pathiri

heat the fry pan and fry this each pathiri one by one

now on a non stick fry pan
put the chicken and fry it for 5 mints

add the gee , big onion , capsicum , and the graded carrot

how to make chicken boll curry






                                                                 INGREDIENTS


BONE LESS CHICKEN---------------500GM

turmeric powder---------------1spoon
gar am masala powder--------------1spoon
garlic paste---------1spoon
ginger--------1spoon
soyasos--------1spoon
chilly powder-------------1spoon
salt---------------as u need

                                            FOR GRAVY

big onion sliced -----------2
green chilly-----------3stright cut piece
ginger-----------1spoon cruched
chilly powder------------1spoon
garlic------------1spoon cruched
turmeric powder--------1spoon
tomato ----------------1big size
curry leafs------------2thund


                                 2nd things

cash nut ----------50gm[make it a paste type]
coconut graded ---------2spoon
cooking oil------------
gee-------------1t spoon
green chilly--------------5cut in two side
curry leafs-------------2thund


                                                             METHOD

 Mix  salt , turmeric powder then
cook with Chicken for 10 mints

then this chicken grind in mixi make it  paste

then  add garam masala ,ginger , garlic , soyasose , chilly powder,
now make a small boll shape all this mixer

heat fry pan and pour cooking oil
then fry this boll each all

2nd

heat a fry pan add sliced big onion stir it well
add green chilly,ginger,garlic,stir  the onion will come brownish
then add chilly powder,turmeric powder,garem masala tomato,curry leafs,
stir well the oil will come up

cash nut paste stir in a cup of water and pour the chicken boll
heat it 5 mints more

  gee , green chilly,curry leafs, heat little and add the above boll

finally the mally  leafs cuts can decorate up on it
