NELLIKKA ACHAR
INGREDIENTS
Nellikka
chopped in small sizes-------------1 cup
Turmeric
powder----------1/4 t spoon
Salt---------------
Oil ( nallenna )
Khayyam-----------1
t spoon
Uluva podi 1
t spoon
Chili
powder---------------2 t spoon
PREPARATIONS
Nellikka mix
with turmeric powder and add water as you need
Then cook
for five or ten mints In low flame
Heat a fry
pan with oil
Then add
Khayyam uluva chili powder and as you need salt also
Stir and mix
well then keep to set for one day
The second
onwards you can serve the NELLIKKA ACHAR
