how to make idiyan mulag chicken





                                           IDIYAN MULAG CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS


WASHED AND CLEAN CHICKEN 1/2 KG  CHOPPED IN MEDIUM SIZES

Idiyan  mulag  -----------4 t spoon
mustard------------1/4 t spoon
ginger--------------2 t spoon ( neer )
garlic--------------4 t spoon ( neer )
green chilly-------------5 nos
curry leaves ---------
turmeric powder ------------1/4 t spoon
salt-----
cooking oil------------- 4 t spoon


DIRECTIONS


Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add mustard   idiyan mulag  ginger  garlic   green chilly  and curry leaves
stir well and fry in slightly changed the color

then add Chicken  pieces
add salt for as you need taste
stir it
add turmeric powder

keep the top close and cook for 20 mints in low flame
the gravy will come thick

the IDIYAN MULAG CHICKEN will ready to serve
