low fry and drop to dosha maav add salt as you need then stir well and remember the maav don't be to waste now Heat a kuzhi appam pot ( കുഴിഅപ്പം ചട്ടി ) add the cooking oil then pour the dosha maav to fill all the pot fry in a low flame and taste it in hot the UPPAPPAM is getting ready to serve |
