MEEN MULAG CURRY
INGREDIENTS
MEEN--------------small type fish 6 nos
small onion -------------1/4 cup sliced
ginger --------------1 t spoon crushed
garlic-------------1 t spoon crushed
chilly powder ----------1 t spoon
turmeric powder ------------1 pinch
pepper powder -------------1/2 t spoon
uluva -------------1/4 t spoon
cooking oil--------------3 t spoon
curry leafs -------------2 thund
tamarind water --------3 t spoon
tomato ----------1
green chilly-----------3
salt -------------
DIRECTION
Heat a fry pan
add cooking oil
after hot put uluva in it
then add garlic and ginger to stir
add small onion
then add cut pieces of green chilly and tomato's
stir well all
then add turmeric powder , chilly powder , pepper powder , tamarind water , and as you need pour water also
then add curry leafs and as you need salt also
just heat then add washed and clean fish in it
heat well the cravy will come thick
put off the flame and keep to set two three mints after that you taste the
MEEN MULAG CURRY
