How to make prawn masala putt


                                             PRAWN MASALA PUTT

Items

PRAWN ------------1cup ( washed and cleaned)
big onion ------------2 sliced in small size
ginger ---------------1 t spoon chathachath
garlic-----------------1 t spoon       ,,
green chilly --------3 cuts

chilly powder ---------1/2 t spoon
turmeric powder ------1/4 t spoon
coriander powder   -----1 t spoon
garam masala ----------1/2 t spoon
sweet fennel -----------1/2 t spoon
grated coconut -----------1/2 cup

rice powder -------------1/2 kg
salt -------

mally leaves -----------
cooking oil -----------4 t spoon
salt ----------
tomato ----------------2 sliced in small size

How to prepare

Rice powder mix with little salt and grated coconut  with little water mix in the puttu paruvam

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add ginger , garlic ,
then add big onion , salt  green chilly ,tomato , stir in well position

then add garam masala  , chilly powder , coriander powder ,turmeric powder , sweet fennel  and add as you need salt also
then add washed PRAWNS
closed the fry pan and cook in low flame for 5 mints
then put the mally leaves and stir well

The second step

Heat a puttu bowl add with little water 
then the putt kutty add the prawn masala one and half  t spoon
above that add the mixed wet rice powder
again the masala then the wet rice powder like that fill the puttu kutty
close the top of it and heat up to two or three mints
then serve the plate
taste the PRAWN MASALA  in hot
