How to make Fish capsicum masala



                                                      FISH CAPSICUM MASALA

Ingredients

FISH----------washed and clean 10 pieces
big onion -------------- 2no ( sliced in finger size )
ginger ------------------ 1 t spoon grated
garlic ------------------- 1 t spoon grated
capsicum --------------- 1 ( sliced ) 

turmeric powder -------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder ----------1 t spoon
cardamom powder ----- 1 t spoon
sweet fennel powder ----1/2 t spoon
garem masala -------------1/2 t spoon

mally leaves -----
curry leaves  ------
salt ------------
green chilly ----------------4 cut in two scrap

cooking oil ------------5 t spoon
tomato -----------2 sliced
turmeric water --------------2 t spoon


Direction

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
put garlic and ginger , big onion , tomato , to sterilize

then add green chilly pieces little curry leaves turmeric powder chilly powder cardamom powder sweet fennel and garem masala  stir well

then add capsicum and add little pour water
add as you need salt
add turmeric water also
heat just up to boil
add little mally leaves

then add FISH
close the top of pan cook for five to seven mints
the gravy will be little thick

put off the flame  the tasty  curry with  FISH CAPSICUM MASALA is ready to serve
