SOYA BEANS ONE CUP TO DIP IN VESSEL OF WATER FOR WET
Biriyani rice ----------1/2 kg ( wash and clean well )
big onion --------3 nos slice in length size
small onion ---------10 nos ( cut to small )
ginger-------1 t spoon char
garlic ----------1 t spoon char
green chilly ----------------5nos ( to cut two three pieces each )
garem masala---------1/2 t spoon
sweet fennel powder-------1/2 t spoon
chilly powder-----1/2 spoon
coriander powder----------1 t spoon
turmeric powder ---------1/4 t spoon
tomato -------2 nos cut in small pieces
mally leaves --------------
lemon juice-----1 t spoon
cooking oil------1 cup
gee---------3 t spoon
pothina leaves ----------
remba leaves---------
salt------------
cash nut------15 nos
kismis---------15 nos
2nd
the big onion cut in length size and fry with gee and cash nut , kismis
cardamom--2
clove------3
cinnamon--- 1
ginger------a small piece
garlic----1 ally
sweet fennel---------1/2 spoon
green chilly--------2
PREPARATION
1 st
Heat a vessel with soya beans
then mix and grind the following items
ginger , cardamom 2 pieces , and garlic
stir and add one piece cinnamon three piece clove
then add chilly powder one t spoon turmeric powder
add 1/4 t spoon sweet fennel powder , green chilly two pieces , and as you need add salt also
and mix this grinned mixer to the soya beans
then mix and grind the following items
ginger , cardamom 2 pieces , and garlic
stir and add one piece cinnamon three piece clove
then add chilly powder one t spoon turmeric powder
add 1/4 t spoon sweet fennel powder , green chilly two pieces , and as you need add salt also
and mix this grinned mixer to the soya beans
2 nd
Heat a vessel
pour the cooking oil two t spoon
add 1 t spoon gee , one chopped big onion and stir well
then add 1/2 t spoon ginger , 1/2 t spoon garlic and two sliced green chilly
and add 5 pieces of sliced small onion
after few seconds to add washed and cleaned rice
then add 1/4 t spoon turmeric powder ,
now add water ( the water level is one cup rice add two cup of water this is the ratio to add water level )
check the salt if you need to add more then add other wise live
then add little remba leaves and mally leaves also
the rice water is steam then close the top and cook 20 mints for medium flame
3 rd
Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add chopped big onion , ginger , garlic ,green chilly , tomato , and small onions
stir it well position
then add turmeric powder , chilly powder , coriander powder and sweet fennel powder
now add the mixed fried soya beans to this
add little water for getting for thin
add as you need salt
add remba leaves
close the top and cook for 5 mints
4 th
The cooked rice to remove the half from it
then add the soya beans masala mixer to the space of rice
then the top of add the little cash nut , kismis ,fried big onions mally leaves and pothina leaves to fill
up the top
then add the removed rice and fill the top the balance of cash nuts , kismis , onions ,mally leaves and pothina leaves and fill to shape
then the gee to spread the top of rice
finally to add one t spoon lemon juice on the top of the rice
and close the top and live it for the steams come out its for dum and taste
the total time need 45 mints
now the tasty SOYA BEANS BIRIYANI is ready to serve
