method
Kovakka wash and cut in small pieces
Green chilly cut in two pieces
Small onion also cut in small pieces
heat a vessel
pour the oil
add kovakka green chilly,small onion,and curry leafs,
add salt if you want it
stir well and heat in low flame
for better taste vessel top can close
7 mints is enough for cook
the KOVAKKA MEZHKKU is ready to eat
