1 mutton 1/2 kg
2 garlic 10 cute piece
3 ginger 10 gm
4 cinnamon 3 pice
5 clove 6 pice
6 cardamon 5 pice
7 salt as u wish
8 pepper powder 1/2 t spoon
9 green chilly 6 pice
10 turmeric powder 1/2 t spoon
11 chilly powder 1 t spoon
12 sweet fonnel 1/2 t spoon
13 oil 1 cup
How to prepaire
a} wash the mutton and cutit each small pices
b} then garlic,ginger,cinnamon,clove,cardamon,and greenchilly mixed with a paste type
c} in mutton mixed with pepper powder,turmeric powder,chilly powder,sweetfonnel,
finnel step
mixed all the ingredients in above b&c on cooker 15 mints
after that
fry pan warm in high flame
put each pice to fry well
the frying time is 10 mints
this fry we can use with pathiri,chappathi,chukkapam like that
