wheat laddu

Wheat ---------------1 cup
fry it and grind in a mixi jar  make it powder type

grated coconut ---------1cup
sharkara------------1cup
cardamom-powder---------1/2 t spoon
potato----------1


direction


sharkara , potato ,  melt and cook

wheat , coconut , cardamom ,  mix this items well

add the sharkara mix to the above wheat mixer

then make to mix all then make a small boll sizes
this will come WHEAT LADDU

now taste with the laddu

                                                          OLAN

              INGREDIENTS

Potato-----------1wash and cut in a small sizes
green chilly----------------3
ginger---------------1/4 t spoon
coconut milk----------1/2 cup
coconut oil------------1 t spoon
curry leaves------------1 thund
salt--------------


             DIRECTION

Potato , green chilly , ginger , cook with little water and add as you need to taste little salt also
then add curry leaves

after cook make to paste type for potato mix

then add coconut milk

then heat in a just second  then put off the flame and add the coconut oil

the OLEN dish can ready to serve

kottu curry





                                                                KOTTU CURRY


                  INGREDIENTS

Grated coconut-----------1cup
uzhunnu-------1/4cup
chena---------cuts of 5 pieces
cucumber--------cuts of 5 pieces
snake guard -----------5 pieces of cuts
winter melon -----------5 pieces of cuts
raw banana ---------5 cuts of pieces
kadala(brown chickpeas)-------2 t spoon
green pieces---------2 t spoon
turmeric powder------------1/4t spoon
kayam----------1/4 t spoon
sharkara----------1 t spoon
water----------
pepper powder-------------1 t spoon
salt
cooking oil---------1t spoon


                       DIRECTION

Heat a fry pan
pour cooking oil
fry the uzhunnu
add coconut fry up to change the color to brownish

chena , cucumber , kadala , green piece , turmeric powder , winter melon , snake guard , raw banana
kayam , sharkara , pepper powder , and water as you need mix this items and cook in low flame for
5 mints

after cook add the above coconut mixer on it  stir well and put off the flame
serve it on hot
the KOTTU CURRY is ready to taste

moru curry








                                                              MORU CURRY

             Ingredients


curd -----------1 cup
green chilly-----------------2
ginger-----------a small piece
small onion --------2
cooking oil--------------1 t spoon
mustard-----------1/4 t spoon
dry chilly---------------1
curry leaves----------1 thund
salt


           Direction

The small onion,curd,green chilly,ginger,mix and grind with one cup water

Heat a fry pan
add cooking oil
mustard ,small onion dry chilly curry leaves
then grind the curd in mixi  and pure the pan and put off the flame
add salt as you need

keep the curry to set
the MORU CURRY  is ready to serve

Pachadi







                                                             PACHADI


                                ingredients

Cucumber----------cut in  small pieces ----1cup
green chilly--------2
grated coconut-----------1/2 cup
curd-----------1cup
cumin seed------------1 pinch
mustard--------------1/4 t spoon
curry leaves ------------1 thund
dry chilly------------2
salt
cooking oil

                               Direction

The cucumber should clean and cook in little water
add green chilly
when its cooked grind this items  coconut ,cumin seed ,and one pinch mustard , make it paste and add the above cooked cucumber
just boil then add as you need salt
then allow to cool
then add curd

just heat a fry pan
add cooking oil mustard dry chilly curry leaves

now this fry to mix to add the above cucumber
and mix well
the tasty of PACHADI is ready to serve
