egg-----------------1
milk---------------1 1/4 glass
salt --------------
DIRECTION
1 st step
mix the maida with egg milk and as you need salt
mixed this things and keep it for 8 hours
2nd step
from the above mixed dough make a small boll
each boll should be a lemon size
then make it for sheet level
final step
heat a fry pan or thava
and fry it one by one
and serve at hot is better
this naan taste only eat in hot
