How to make banana stuff


                                                          BANANA STUFF

ITEMS


BANANA---------  3 nos  ( remove the skin then cuts in straight position )
grated coconut-----1/4 cup
sugar-------5 t spoon
cardamom------1/4 t spoon powder
kismis----------15nos 
cash nut--------15 nos
cooking oil-----------1/2 cup
rice powder-----------3 t spoon

PREPARATION

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil one t spoon
then add grated coconut
add cardamom,sugar,cash nut,and kismis.to add mix it well

then this mix to fill all in the above opened bananas each and same quantity

mix the rice powder with water and dip the filled bananas to it

Heat another fry pan with the balanced cooking oil
and fry the dipped bananas fry in both side

will get the taste BANANA STUFF

How to make brinjal fry


                                                      BRINJAL FRY

INGREDIENTS

BRINJAL-----------2nos (  cut in round shape )

turmeric powder----------1/4 t spoon
chilly powder---------1/2 t spoon
sweet fennel -------------1/2 t spoon

salt -----------
cooking oil---------------1 cup


DIRECTION

The shaped cuts brinjal  mix with chilly powder , turmeric powder , sweet fennel  and as you need salt to mix well  and keep to set 5 mints

Heat a fry pan
pour the cooking oil
put the mixed brinjal one by one all
take both side to be fry

the taste BRINJAL FRY is ready to serve

How to make koorka mezhukkupuratti



                                                         KOORKA MEZHUKKUPURATTI

                      ITEMS

KOORKA------------1washed and clean then chopped in small sizes ----------1 cup

turmeric powder --------1/4 t spoon
salt------------
idiyan mulag--------1 t spoon
grated coconut----------2 t spoon
cooking oil-----2 t spoon
small onion----------10 (sliced )
mustard---------1/4 t spoon
dry chilly------2

PREPARATION

To cook Koorka mix with turmeric powder   salt 
and little water

Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
add mustard small onion to fry
dry chilly , idiyan mulag , salt , coconut , curry leaves , and cooked koorka to mix all

the KOORKA  MEZHUKKUPURAT is ready to taste

How to make ayala fish fry



                                               AYALA FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS

AYALA FISH --------------2 ( wash and clean then scratch on that panel )

chilly powder-----------1 t spoon
turmeric powder-------------1/4 t spoon
sweet fennel powder-----------------1/2 t spoon

cardamom ---------2
cumin seed ----------1
clove----------2

ginger juice---------1/2 t spoon 
garlic---------1/2 t spoon

pepper powder-------1/4 t spoon

salt---------
cooking oil-------1 cup

DIRECTION

chilly powder , turmeric powder , sweet fennel powder , cardamom , cumin seed , clove , ginger juice , garlic , pepper powder , and as you need salt ---- mix this all items and grind in a mixi jar

make it soft paste type
and this paste to spread on the fish to apply and keep to for two hours

after that Heat a fry pan with cooking oil
then put the masala fish  to fry
do like that in both side

the taste  AYALA FISH is ready to serve
